Our daughter was getting married and we needed a place where we could get ready for the wedding and entertain afterward. The penthouse was perfect and we have beautiful pictures to prove it. Everyone there was kind and accommodating. We were very fortunate to have found such a beautiful place for such a special occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Costa Rica thanks to the hospitality, knowledge and professionalism of our hosts at Pacifico Colonial. Every request was dealt with carefully and enthusiastically--from planning day-trips and making restaurant reservations to booking massages and even finding a doctor (really!) on short notice.
The facility itself is stunning--luxiourous decor, comfortable beds and a breathtaking view from the expansive balcony. A grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance and the beach was a short cab ride away. The kids loved the pool, as well as the birds, monkeys and sloths they could see from our balcony.
Overall a wonderful trip--thanks Melissa and Kevin! -

When we walked into the penthouse at Pacifico Colonial tears welled up in my eyes. The view from this executive penthouse was spectacular and as the sun was setting we were given massages on the balcony arranged by Melissa. The entire stay was fantastic, the service was outstanding, the amenities the nicest I have ever stayed at in my life. I have travelled extensively and do not hesitate to highly recommend a stay in this penthouse. We were a large group, children age 10/12, and 5 adults. My husband and I had the top floor of the penthouse and it was like having our own suite. I hope to return!!!

Pacifico Colonial was the most wonderful experience!
The service was top notch, they were able to do
everything that we ever dreamed of. The condo was
immaculate, amazing views, great room service, there
was so much space in the condo! I would highly
recommend the Pacifico Colonial to anyone thinking
about going to Costa Rica, it's close to the beach,
restaurants, grocery store, etc. -

We stayed in the penthouse suite during Christmas week. The party included me and my wife, our three children in their 20's, and our two sons' girlfriends. It was about as close to a perfect week as one could be.
The accommodations are 5-star in every respect. Trini and Melissa were both enormously helpful in everything, from scheduling our excursions, to recommending restaurants, to helping us understand the culture of the area.
We did zipling, ATV in the jungle, surfing lessons, fishing, sailboat cruise, and several other things. We also had a wonderful private chef on Christmas day. Everything was absolutely first rate.
I cannot imagine that there would be a finer place to stay in that area of the country. -

I went to Pacifico Colonial (it's on a moutain facing the ocean) with seven friends so we got the south penhouse. There are two beautiful baconies in the 2600 square feet condo. One is a private balcony upstairs in the master suit, and the other is right outside the living room and one of the bed rooms. The view is amazing! On the balcony, I saw the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen, I laid down and enjoyed a lazy afternoon, and played poker games with friends in a cool evening. There is a huge open kitchen in the living room. We bought food from the super market right across the street and enjoyed cooking breakfast everyday.
The condo is located in Manual Antonio, an exclusive community with beautiful beach, national park, and many nice restaurants and bars.
I just love Costa Rica and this condo. Highly recommended!!!!! -

As a resident of Canada and Costa Rican business owner, I often personally
visit, and have clients visit Manuel Antonio. I have had the opportunity to
stay in a number of the hotels/ condos in the area and can say that the
Pacifico Colonial is by far the most stunning, well managed and best located
Condo / Hotel in the Manuel Antonio area.
I have personally stayed in, and had my clients stay in their 2 & 3 bedroom
units and their 4 bedroom penthouse, but know that all of their units are
luxuriously furnished, incorporating a Costa Rian cultural motifs and
modern amenities. Each unit has a full kitchen with stovetop / oven,
dishwasher, stainless steel fridge; has spacious bathrooms with walk in
showers an his / her sinks; a living room with 48" plasma TV's; come with a
washer / dryer and AC throughout. But perhaps most memorable is the
long expansive balcony with what I would regard as the most majestic view
of the Pacific Ocean I have seen.
Melissa, Kevin and their staff provide a personal and efficient management
services that always tries to go above and beyond. Always ready to listen to
the most specific requests, the team can help you book tours, can stock the
unity with groceries, tell you where the best places to shop, and know the
best restaurants.
Time and time again, Melissa, Kevin and the rest of the Pacifico Colonial
team have provided me with an exemplary service, a jaw dropping unit and
memories to last a lifetime. -

Wonderful building, penthouse with all the amenities and very high end
finishes. Located on street, so hear some traffic, but gated with good security
and beautiful views of the trees and water. -
