Set in the middle of paradise, our luxury place is located directly above and on the beach. Manuel Antonio State Park is just a 20 minute walk away. You will have access to a full spa, open air bar, restaurant and two pools. Enjoy your vacation getaway in complete luxury and bliss that is part of a green and sustainable resort area. We also promise many close encounters with some of Costa Rica's most beautiful and treasured wildlife including indigenous monkeys, iguanas, and parrots. We also own several bed and breakfast accommodation in San Francisco and another luxury unit in Panama. We may also consider any kind of exchange or trade.

The Villa MotMot has it all - frolicking monkeys on the balcony almost every day, toucans in nearby trees, an ideal view of the blue Pacific below and gorgeous sunset every night - restaurants close by, or cook in and eat on the veranda. Very well appointed, very comfortable, attentive concierge. It's nice not to be dependent on a hotel for everything. And a lovely white sand beach private beach. What more could anyone want? Frozen margarita, anyone?

Travelled with my husband and 13 yr. olf granddaughter. Spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica but only had 3 wonderful days at Villa Mot Mot due to their full bookings. This is my second trip to Villa Mot Mot and hopefully, not my last! We have stayed at many beautiful places in Costa Rica but Villa Mot Mot is our favorite-mygranddaughters first visit and she agrees. So many things to do in Manuel antonio and the Villa is beautiful and perfect location. My favorite thing about Tulemar is the private beach. I love everything about Villa Mot Mot, especially the large wrap around balcony with sofa, chairs, tables, hammock, telescope, grill, etc. It is like living in a tree house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You can walk to restaurants or drive. We stayed in the upstairs unit with 1 bedroom with 2 queens, separate living room with trundle bed and nice kitchen--2 burner stove, ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, and all appliances. This villa has a 360 view of rainforest and ocean. The Concierges, Chris & Diego, are full of helpful information on restaurants, tours, etc. They are wondeful! Chris will cook your dinner if you want to stay in one night. This location is nice if you have a car or not. I will be back-just wish it was for a full month. Thank you Susan (owner)
