Myself and partner had the pleasure of staying in Casa Tango which is part of the Chaman apartments complex in Manuel antonio for the month of November 2012.
The home had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning and kitchen facilities. Casa Tango shares a lovely garden and swimming pool area which is maintained to a very high standard. Monkeys, sloths and other native animals are a common sight while relaxing in the pool area. Chaman apartments are ideally situated only 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, 15mins walk down the hill into Quepos and a short taxi ride to Manual antonio's many cafes, restaurants, beaches and national park. We strongly recommend Emilio's café for the most delicious tuna salad, coffee and desserts. If you are wanting a peaceful haven to base yourself while enjoying the natural beauty of Quepos and Manual antonio or seeking adventure from the many activities that are available in the area or just wanting a quiet place to relax then Casa Tango and Chaman apartments are where you need to be. -

Casa Tango is a hidden jem! My partner and I have rented the bottom floor twice. Conveniently located 100 meters off the main road and bus stops, Casa Tango has it all! Privacy, security, all the things you need to cook at home, linens, laundry, (hard to find in costa rica!) TV, telephone, internet, a stunning shared pool and beautiful gardens and wildlife to enjoy. Anne and Willy are great people and make sure you have all the comforts of home. Heavenly to read in the hammock on the back patio, over looking a private garden area visited by monkeys daily! There is a great soda (restaurant) steps away, its walking distance to Quepos town for all your groceries and night time entertainment( dancing, restaurants, bars). A short bus ride to beautiful beaches and Manuel antonio National Park. I highly recommend Casa Tango

I rented the downstairs apartment of Villa Casa Tango (Unit 7B, it´s called on the website) for my cousin who came to Costa Rica to visit me. The apartment was exactly what I needed. Close to town, within very short walking distance to the bus stop and some restaurants, private, peaceful, and spacious. The gardens and surrounding nature are really beautiful, as is the swimming pool (we saw a toucan which was cool). It served very well as a home away from home and I have already secured a future reservation there.

I have been the On Site Manager for this exceptional Villa for over four years and have participated in helping the owners care, maintain and improve their property. Ann and Willy always think in terms of comfort and beauty for their guests, and for themselves. Their sense of design always fits in with the environment and enhances privacy and quiet, affording a truly unique living area in harmony with nature. The Villa, located in our small community of seven homes, is in a setting of beautiful gardens with a swimming pool and surrounded by jungle giving view to many of the animals that makes Costa Rica noteworthy. This property is fully furnished and provides everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I am always available to help you with your vacation needs...whether it be a Canopy Tour, Sailboat ride at sunset...or maid service.

Now we know what a vacation is supposed to be! Everything was in good order when we arrived at Casa Tango allowing us to begin enjoying the sights and sounds of Manuel antonio immediately... We loved the visiting squirrel monkeys that we viewed from the privacy of the terrace and at the swimming pool.
The nearby beach was gorgeous and easy to reach...never crowded, available lounge chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. We loved the town of Quepos and the many restaurants. We thank ann and Willy for providing such a comfortable environment and we hope to return soon.
