Throughout the grounds of Tulemar Gardens you will see an abundance of flowers, trees, shrubs and fruits most of which are native to Costa Rica. This stunning example of Costa Rica’s lush vegetation is why this tropical paradise is known as the “Rich Coastâ€
A self-guided botanical nature trail was developed exclusively for the enjoyment and learning pleasure of the guests of Tulemar. It starts at the beginning of the Beach Trail and heads down to the beach, then loops around to end at the exact same place that you began – the Beach Trail. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to walk the entire trail.
There are 43 plants described on this “loop†trail and each plant is marked with a wooden label providing you with the common name of the plant in English. In some cases, the plant has no English name so the common name in Spanish is used.

My wife and I plus two teens stayed for a week in March. We rented the top two levels of Casa Panorama. Great place with fabulous views and plenty of room for all of us. Full kitchen and large living area, plus two decks. One night we had a chef come in to do dinner - it was excellent. Bonus was the white faced monkeys that came by our place a few times to play on the deck and peek through the windows into the living room. Kimberly is the concierge for Casa Panorama. She was great - very helpful when you need something, buts hands off when you don't. Perfect.
We stayed in Tulemar a couple of years ago. Didn't rent a car then, but did rent a car this time. A car is not necessary, but I felt that it gave us more options - going out to dinner, driving to Dominical, etc.Response from Casa Panorama - 03/26/2013

We have just returned from another great vacation in sunny Costa Rica. We stayed at the beautiful Casa Panorama, Tulemar Resort .The view from our condo was amazing, beautiful views of the ocean and the most gorgeous sunsets. The sunsets were shared with good friends and good wine. We rented the upper and lower condo as there were 3 couples. This condo is great for sharing. You can be together yet you can have your own space.
Kimberley, our concierge was fantastic. Anything you needed she would provide.
She did grocery shopping for us before we got there. We provided her with a list of groceries we needed and they were there when we arrived. She never led us astray when we would ask for advice about tours or great places to eat. It seemed that our wish was her command and we thank her for that. She was never farther than a phone call away and was always friendly and always had a smile to greet us.
They have a beautiful private beach where you have the free use of kayaks, boogie boards, chairs, towels and umbrellas. They are all provided with a smile. You can also purchase food and drinks. If you do not wish to go to the beach they have several beautiful pools.
Vanessa and Patricia, who cleaned our condo, made sure that it was always spotless.
Everyone at Tulemar was friendly and helpful and made our vacation fantastic.

This was our first stay at Tulemar. We have always stayed in hotels in Costa Rica so I was a little concerned about renting a house.
As soon as we arrived, Kimberly, the house manager, met us at the door and guided us through the house. Casa Panorama South lives up to its name.
We had the upper 2 floors and the views were really unbelievable. The interior looked brand new and had every appliance you could want.. The sunsets from the decks were some of the best I have ever seen.
Casa Panorama is walking distance to many really good restaurants and a market that has food and alcohol. They have one of the nicest private beaches (not sure it if is private but you can't get there from either side because of the high cliffs so since only the guests from Tulemar are there it is, in my view, private) they have tandem and single kayaks and also boogie boards that are free to use.
They have a bar and restaurant open for lunch right on the beach. Tulemar also has 2 or 3 really nice trails you can take down to the beach where we saw monkeys and lots of birds.
They have shuttle service inside Tulemar and a van will pick you up at the house and take you anywhere on the grounds. We used the van to go up from the beach. (down to the beach is an easy walk, but up is all up hill)
The family pool is a very short walk. We also used the van to take us up to the main road then it is a short walk to the restaurants.
The best thing about the house was Kimberly. She manages the house and she was really great. I relied on her for restaurant advice and she set up great tours for us. She was always available and helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Casa Panorama South in July 2012 and had an absolute blast. We stayed in the lower 1 bedroom unit and could not have asked for a better place. It was a great jumping off point to explore Quepos and Manuel antonio. From the moment we booked to the time we had to leave early due to a family emergency back in the us Kimberly the house manager made our stay fantastic. She reached out early and offered a ton of information that made it easy to plan our trip to Costa Rica not only to Tulemar but also our trip to Costa Rica as a whole. She picked us up at the airport and gave us a tour of Quepos and Manual antonio before we even checked in. She walked us through the check in process and was always a phone call away... literally at anytime of the day. She really loves her job and the area and it shows through how she treats her guests. The rental also was amazing... the amenities, the fruit basket Kimberly provided and the resort itself is perfect. The rental unit was across from a pool with a bar/restaurant and it was a short walk down to the private beach with free kayaks, boogie boards, snorkle gear and also had a beach side restaurant and bar. The beach is perfect for swimming and the resort provides a shuttle to save you from the uphill work. Also the shuttle will bring you to the entrance of the resort where you can walk to a store and a lot of great restaurants. Kim also was a great resource for activities which are plentiful in the area. I recommend the rental to anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica and can't wait to return. We were able to have a great time there and do everything we wanted without a rental car and abig part of that was because of Kimberley's help.

My family just spent a week at casa panorama and had a great time enjoying the views, animals, loved the private beach. Kimberly helped us with everything we needed, our family ranged in age from 5 up to 70 years old and she found us excursions that we could all do together, we all had a great time cooking, bbqing and enjoying dinners on the beautiful balcony. I absolutely loved this home and costa rica, I will definetly be back and will stay there again!

My husband and I rented Casa Panorama for 3 nights of our honeymoon...it was absolutely amazing! The views from the back patio were breathtaking! We actually spent most of our time when we were at the house on the back patio because it was so beautiful. The rest of the house was very nice as well. The house lived up to it's name as it had panoramic views along the whole back side of the house. The bed was very comfy! The kitchen was a nice size, although we didn't take advantage of cooking very much while we were there. The house also came with a House Manager, Kimberly, who truly made the experience. She was so helpful in giving us as much information as she could about the house and area. We put all our adventure excursions in her hands and she made sure everything was booked and ready for us. We will definitely stay here again, as we're in love with Manuel antonio and our entire experience at Casa Panorama!! Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

Casa Panorama South was an amazing getaway for my husband and I the day after were married. The house how the perfect finishing touches. We loved the large balcony off of the living room and the view is just amazing. Kimberly is of course the very best thing about Casa Panorama. She will treat you like an honored guest, taking care of your every need. We felt like lifelong friends by the end of the trip. She makes the entire stay worth it!
We had a chef come in and make us a private dinner. It was so worth it! The best meal we had the entire week and we learned so much about Costa Rica from our chef.
The air conditioning is great and the place also has ceiling fans. We enjoyed the opportunity to wash our laundry while we were there. We have absolutely no complaints!
The beach is a doable, but steep walk down a hill, but the shuttles will come pick you up and the drivers are great. This was absolutely not an issue.

My new husband and I were lucky enough to choose this tropical paradise as our honeymoon destination. Casa Panorama/Tulemar could not have been a better place for us to celebrate our vows. The grounds were rich, plentiful tropical lusciousness full of spectacular flowers and incredible wildlife. Although we weren't lucky enough to see any toucans (as we had desperately hoped!), each and every day, we saw various species of monkeys, sloths, large lizards and birds. There was a speedy shuttle service that was available to take guests up and down the steep hill that the estate sits on, however we chose to trek up and down on foot just to take in the spectacular scenery, or take a side venture on some of the short hiking trails to the beach.
The private beach was gorgeous and the service there was wonderful. We spent many days lounging, enjoying the sounds of the howler monkeys, the playful squirrel monkeys on top of the beach bar, surfing with body boards, kayaking or simply enjoying the comfortable beach chairs and down time.
We stayed in lower Casa Panorama which was a beautiful little suite for two. We spent the majority of our time in our place on our balcony enjoying the incredible view! However, the beds and kitchen met all our needs. When we initially arrived, Kimberly had decorated our entire place with fresh tropical flowers and a yummy fruit platter. We enjoyed it all.
The customer service within Casa Panorama/Tulemar was absolutely above and beyond. Kimberly absolutely made our stay. Her friendly, warm nature, attentiveness to our needs and flexibility and advise towards making reservations for tours and activities in the area is something to be commended... certainly something that helps give this tropical paradise its name. We cannot say thank you enough for everything!
We really can't speak highly enough about our stay at Casa Panorama. We loved the Manuel antonio area and particularly, our little tropical paradise in our home away from home. We already have recommended Casa Panorama to our friends and family... and we certainly hope that you will also make the right choice in choosing Casa Panorama as your destination choice. When we arrived, Kimberly picked us up at the gate and offered us a ride to the house with the warmest salutations. The house was very nice. I particularly loved the view and the privacy that are created by how they placed the building. It had functioning air conditioning and a nice large open layout which includes a kitchen. Another greatly enjoyed perk was the private beach!
Kimberly prepared a delicious organic fruit cornucopia, if you will, for our arrival. She thoroughly explained the Costa Rican lifestyle to us and everything that we needed to know about the area. Every evening of our stay she would check in with us to see how we were doing. I cannot stress how awesome Kimberly is; she even helped return my wife's wedding gift to us after we had left it in the house and departed for the arenal area. Having someone like Kimberly at the Casa Panorama really improved and shaped the quality of our experience.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Panorama Sur for our honeymoon. The view is fantastic with a spacious balcony to enjoy the jungle and wildlife that go by. The suite is very roomy and feels very open, even for a fairly extended stay. Our personal concierge, Kimberly, was a huge asset. She picked us up at the airport and gave us a tour of the town before getting us settled into our room. We saw her everyday as she helped us get rides to our daily tours and helped us decide what to do the next day so that she could book it for us. The only issue we had was a shower that refused any setting in between cold and burning hot but with everything else so nice we took this in stride. We recommend this unit to couples who would like to be able to cook a meal in their room and then enjoy it looking out over the ocean and jungle.

The place was immaculate and comfortable. Our concierge, Kimberly was amazing. We lost our memory stick at a local restaurant and she helped to get it back, which was crucial considering not only did it have pics of our vacation, but also of my sister-in-law. Additionally, our concierge helped arrange a birthday cake for our daughter. We had friends over for dinner and the setup was ideal for allowing the parents to talk at the table and plenty of space for the kids to play. The view was nice. Additionally our concierge helped get our 3 yr old to go ziplining. He had a blast!

Casa Panorama South looks exactly like the picture. The views are exceptional and the property is fantastic. Wildlife can be viewed from the balcony as monkeys swing through the trees and birds sing their songs. The private beach is fabulous and taking out the free kayaks is great for families or a couple. There is food/drinks available at the beach as well as the pool. Casa Panorama had everything we could have needed. Full kitchen with all the conveniences of home. The concierge, Kimberly, was helpful and fun. The location was convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store. I would certainly go back!!

My family of six adults stayed in Casa Panorama Sur (Tulemar Gardens, Manuel antonio National Park 6350, Costa Rica) the week of June 8, 2012. We came from Washington DC; San Francisco, Ca; and Maui, Hawaii. We have been all over the world and this is one of the best vacations we have ever had for a variety of reasons. First, the villa is an amazingly beautiful place with spectacular views from all three levels. We loved just sitting out on the top balcony and watching the sloths, monkeys, and birds in the forest with the beautiful ocean in the background. The gorgeous sunsets and awesome thunderstorm show most evenings were worth the price of the trip. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and well equipped with all the amenities including big screen TVs, WiFi, washer/dryer, hot tub, etc. The maids came every day and kept it that way. The facilities on the resort were excellent as well. We always felt safe with the guard at the gate, the infinity pool was just up the hill and the beach was just down the hill with boogie boards, kayaks, food, chairs, and towels. The staff at the beach could call a free shuttle to get you back to the villa without even having to walk. The villa was also ideally situated; close to the pool and beach, but secluded enough to feel private but near enough to restaurants, grocery store, etc.
But the best reason that the vacation was trouble and worry free was Kimberly Barron, the concierge, who worked with me for a year to make this birthday and 40th wedding anniversary celebration so special. We communicated for almost a year about the logistics, the features of the villa, the culture and customs of the country, activities, menus, money, what to bring and anything else that I could possible think of to ask. She had an encyclopedic knowledge about the country, villa, vendors, and activities. Kimberly was so patient about all my questions and was very detailed oriented about all the logistics and choice of vendors for activities before the trip so that I felt incredibly confident that the vacation itinerary would be hassle free; and it was. She met us at the villa when the taxi she had arranged for us at the airport arrived and explain how everything worked. There was a huge fruit platter and bottle of wine to welcome us, which we enjoyed all week. She continued to be my security blanket about restaurants, souvenirs, fast food deliveries, taxis, medicine, post cards, as well as my vendor interface with the chef and naturalist guide that we had picked. She came by most days to see how we were doing and always checked to make sure that the vendors she recommended were up to her standards. She knew everyone and everyone knew her. She will be my BFF (best friend forever) and I will truly miss reading her wonderfully informative and interesting e-mails from paradise in my in box. We have stayed in villas in several places in the world and this was by far the best, most comprehensive service I have ever experienced. Way to go Kimberly!Response from Casa Panorama - 07/10/2012

Im so glad I chose Case Panorama for our vacation stay in Costa Rica. It was clean, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The grounds were lush well maintained with all kinds of tropical flowers and plants. But what really made our stay so enjoyable was Kimberly our concierge. The day we arrived she had put together a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruits and flowers for us in the casa. She went out of her way to help in any way she could. My daughter and I were boogie boarding at the beautiful private beach one day not paying attention to the tide and our camera got a bit wet. Kimberly suggested we put it in rice to dry it out. She went and got the rice for us so we didn't have to worry about it and could go on our Canopy Zipline Tour (which I highly recommend). Thanks again Kimberly! She booked all our tours for us, recommended what restaurants to go to and even drove us to the store so we could stock our fridge with drinks and snacks. All our questions were answered. No worries.

My family and I stayed in casa panorama in March and it is absolutely an amazing home. The views from every level of the house are breathtaking and It is equipped with everything your home at home would have. The house is on the side of a mountain over looking the pacific. The sun set views are spectacular and absolutely stunning. There is access to the private beach which is beautiful. There is boogie boards, kayaks, food and drink service all on the beach. We stayed all day on the beach a few days and had so much fun. This adventure to costa rica and staying at casa panorama is an experience my family and I will remember for a life time!

This Resort home is absolutely beautiful. Some girlfriends and I just stayed at Casa Panorama-South for about a week. The panoramic views from every room was just absolutely breath-taking. You don't have to worry whether the pictures that you see online is a fair representation of the actual resort home. The house is as beautiful as the pictures online, if not more so, and the views from the house are as the pictures on the website represent.
Kimberly, our house manager, was a tremendous help in arranging our transportation to and from the airport. She also made herself available to us at any time to ensure that our stay went smoothly and that we had an enjoyable time. We had a two day visit from several families of monkeys who were such a delight to watch from our balcony. We really did not mind the jaunt down to the private beach and were quite pleased with the service at the Cabana on the beach.
We had a wonderful time and experience at Casa Panorama and we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Fortunately, we had a friend recommend Casa Panorama to us to stay while we were taking our trip to Costa Rica. The home was absolutely beautiful and nestled in the mountains of paradise. It included our own private beach and Tiki bar, trails through the natural forest that were filled with all kinds of wildlife. It was a pleasure to wake up early in the morning to hear the Howler Monkeys talking to each other through their homes in the trees. As the sun comes up the monkeys quieted down and the array of magnificent hummingbirds, Spider Monkeys, Toucans, Sloths and natural wildlife took over the view. The gardens are kept up nicely and filled with various tropical trees and flowers. Putting the scenery aside, the home itself was maintained extremely well. Everything was very clean and there was a beautiful welcome basket of fruits. We had our own kitchen and living and dining area along with very comfortable beds.
The staff was more than accommodating. They were very pleasant and eager to please you in any way they could. They set up zip line adventures and were able to fill us in on all kinds of local places while tending to all of our needs. If we desired food or ice they were happy to accommodate us at anytime. The staff also spoke English very well, which made everything a lot easier on us.
This trip was the best vacation I have ever experienced all the way around. The restaurants that surround the home are all beautiful with great food and fabulous views! Highly recommended.

We went to Costa Rica for the second time looking for a new experience...A cousin of ours recommended Tulemar in the Manuel antonio area. We hired a van and drove to Tulemar where we had reserved the Panorama South Villa. It was perfect for us. Not only was it one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed, but it accommodated my family perfectly. The 1st floor was like a mini apartment with kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The 2nd floor had 2 bedrooms, a hot tub and another deck with a magnificent view. The 3rd floor was the living area for all. A beautiful large kitchen and living area with a huge deck and a grill. We made jokes because there was no dishwasher, but since we had excellent maid service every day, it did not matter. We did the tour at Manuel antonio Park, but honestly we felt Tulemar was just as beautiful. Our private beach with free access to snorkeling and kayaking was great. The drinks on the beach were wonderful, but watch out for those Costa Rican flies...They loved the fruit drinks. The club restaurant and pool was outstanding also. We spent time swimming and drinking at the pool. We saw sloths in the trees. A giant hila monster, and monkeys on the property...I could go on and on. All I can say is that it was a special time for me and my family. We thank Kimberly for helping us find the bank, grocery store, and answering all our questions. Pura Vida is the correct saying for this place.

There are many beautiful places to go around Quepos and Manuel antonio...many wonderful sites to see...but whenever we ventured out to see them, we always returned home and agreed, "There is no place like Casa Panorama." The panoramic views are spectacular. The setting of the home feels remarkably private, and very convenient to one of the infinity pools. The furnishings and amenities of the house itself are absolutely world-class. The private beach was perfect -- just the image you have in your head of an unspoiled, secluded beach cove (with great food!). Our only complaint: such a schlep to get there from New York. But once there, you just never want to leave.

My sister and I spent two nights at Casa Panorama South. It was phenomenal. Kimberly, our concierge, was great. Before we arrived she arranged some activities for us. She picked us up at the airport. Along the way she pointed out various sites and we stopped at the supermarket to pick up provisions on the way to our house which was great. Full kitchen with everything you need plus a great balcony with a grill. Great ocean views. You are surrounded by trees and the location is totally private. The pool was great, never crowded and the fresh grilled fish wraps for lunch were delicious. Service was impeccable. There are great hiking trails down to the private beach which is also nice. Great body surfing waves when we were there. We were within walking distance to a number of great restaurants. The catamaran trip was fun. Large boat that even had a water slide off the back. We saw lots of dolphins. The park tour was also great. Our guide, Juan, was unbelievable. He took great photos for us of all the different wildlife through his telescope. The horseback riding trip was also good. Our guide, Che, was also very knowlegeable. Kimberly checked on us every day to make sure we didn't need anything. She really helped make our trip special. We had such a good time we have already booked our trip for next year.

we stayed in Casa Panorama South - bottom level for a week in February. The lower level is a 1 bedroom with kitchen and balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. My husband and I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the Pura Vida more. We booked thru Dave at 4tulemar.com. Dave and his team are super effecient and friendly. they make booking very easy and helped us to decide on this unit. Kimberly Barron was our house manager and we left feeling like we had made a new friend in Costa Rica. She more than took care of our every need including dinner reservations, calling a taxi, picking us up at the airport and even dropped us at the National Park one day. I wish i had a Kimberly at home!!
The resort of Tulemar is convenient to our favorite restaurants, but many times we ate at the beach or grilled out fresh mahi mahi and shrimp on our balcony.
The first of Feb was really hot and humid, so we may vary when we come next time so it is not quite so hot. But we will be back. Sooner rather than later.
We saw all of the wild animals you hear about, several kinds of monkeys, lizards (large & small), birds. It is the jungle and we loved it. We especially loved the trails down to the beach. And the private beach with its bar/restaurant and lounge chairs with towels are better than the others in Manuel antonio.

We stayed at casa panorama and we had a great time! It is located in Tulemar which is a private gated community with their own private beach! When we arrived we where met by Kimberly the house concierge and she got us settled in and took me and the kids to the grocery store, which was a surprise! She really took very good care of us and we felt so comfortable She booked all of our tours. We went zip lining, horse back riding on the beach and my favorite was whale watching tour! It was amazing!! The house has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets where from a oil painting! The staff comes daily and cleans the whole house! Everything on this vacation was perfect it was the best vacation our family has ever had! We didn't want to leave. We will deffenently come back to this special place of paradise! Our stay at Casa Panorama South was a highlight in our Costa Rican adventure! Gorgeous condo with a balcony overlooking the Pacific ocean, and access to a private beach - it was incredible. We drove to other beaches but each time choose to come back to "ours" with its warm water, beachside service, and privacy. Right outside our door we saw a sloth, iguana, and heard a group of monkeys! To top it off, Kimberly, the house manager, immediately made us feel comfortable, arranged tours, provided insider hints, and anything else we could possible need. Casa Panorama South is on our top favorites lists. Absolutely stunning inside and out!

We stayed in casa panorama and it is located in paradise. The views from the house are amazing you can see about a hundred miles down the coast line and a river mouth entering into the ocean. The top floor has high valted wood cielings and the wood work all around the house is perfect. The staff came daily to clean and would check on us thru out the day if we needed anything. Kim the concierge she had everything lined up for us. She made our stay really laid back and booked all of our adventures. Thank you all for a wounderful experince and we will deffently be back! Pura Vida!!

This vacation rental was perfect. Casa Panorama is part of Tulelmar which encompasses the Buena Vista Luxury Villas (hotel of individual hexagon shaped bungalows) and privately owned condos/homes. The rainforest is your backyard and the hillside takes you to the private beach. By staying in Casa Panorama you get your own home with a full kitchen, hot tub, 2 balconies, barbeque but also the resort amenities: pools, shuttle service, beach service (kayaks, boogie boards, lounge chairs, towels, bar and restaurants). We were in paradise in the warm water, drinking cocktails on the sand. The trails to the beach were teeming with wildlife. And the views from the balconies: unforgettable sunsets every night. This was an extremely comfortable place to stay. Maid service every day, fresh fruit upon our arrival. Great for a family of 5. Mom and dad were in the master and 3 kids in the 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds. Kimberly was an excellent concierge and recommended great restaurants and escorted me to the market upon our arrival. I will dream of returning to Casa Panorama, Pura Vida indeed.

Couldn't have been any better! This home is so incredible.
We loved the beautiful deck and views of the ocean. The sounds of the jungle were so soothing. It is a very roomy and comfortable home. We loved the grounds, and the walk to the beach is lovely. The private beach has its own little bar, and sports equipment to kayak, boogie board, etc. There are also nice hiking trails just off of the beach. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Loved Kimberly our concierge! Costa Rica is an amazing country!

We stayed at Casa Panorama south in in late November-early December of 2011, and it was the highlight of our stay. My friend has lived in Quepos for 15 years and he gave us 3 hotel recommendations, but then said "but, the best place, with it own beach, is Tulemar" - so we booked it. The location is perfect, the shuttle is great, beach is great, they have everything there for you to use at no cost, and out hostess really helped us book tours at great prices. We stayed at Tabacon Hot Springs up in arenal (supposed to be one of the top 100 hotels in the world), and this place was 10x as nice. Will be back again.

Our family enjoys traveling all over the World and surprisingly enough we found a little piece of paradise that we will most definitely plan to return to. We spent a fabulous week in Casa Panorama South and it was just perfect, the views from all levels of the house are pristine, simply breathtaking! Tulemar's private beach is exquisite and ideal for relaxation. Kimberly and the rest of Casa Panorama's staff were just top-notch. It truly was a marvelous family experience.

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 7 day's in august in the top two floors of the Casa Panorama south and it was second to none. The view was most amazing and the house was enormous, a little much for 2 people, but we were looking for a place with a hot tub and only the Panorama's had them. Although no monkey's were around our casa, we did do a nature hike around the property and were surrounded by squirrel monkey's and capuchin monkey's looking to be fed. The best part of this property is definitely the private beach which alone is worth staying here for, or you have to travel 10-15 min. everyday down to the public beach which isn't as nice. Sometimes the waves got pretty big on the private beach and it was very fun to borrow the body boards and kayaks to ride the waves. The property itself is very nice and well maintained and since we travelled during the green season, there was not many people around which was very nice since we had the pools to ourselves and there was no waiting in line for anything or having to make reservations. We even did the horseback tour which our concierge Kimberly set up for us and we were the only 2 people on the tour which was so nice. The weather was also good since it only rained at night and from around 8am-8pm the weather was sunny and warm, and not unbearably hot like the residents say it is during the high season. It rained about 4 out of the 7 day's in the night, but at night there is nothing to do so you just go back to the casa and relax in the jacuzzi. I would like to also mention that a big plus in the washer/dryer. It allowed me to back half of what I normally pack and it's not often that I come back from a vacation with clean clothes.

We did not stay at Casa Panorama South, but we stayed at the CP North a year ago and had an amazing time. During our stay we did go see CP South and were very impressed with the place. Its nicer then CP North. Overall both units are beautiful. Its like a dream home. The views are breathtaking, monkeys come visit you every morning and afternoon. We were there 6 nights and saw monkeys every morning between 6:30 and 7am. Our 3 year old would wake up asking if the monkeys are there yet :) We saw more wildlife there then at the Manuel antonio National park. A couple of days toocuns came to see us. The trails on the property are wonderful. We hiked them almost every day and saw lots of animals. The beach is great too. We can't wait to go back. We have stayed at other places in Costa Rica and ma before, but after staying at Casa Panorama we will never stay anywhere else in ma for sure.

For those of you out there trying to decide if Manuel antonio and the Tulemar Villas are for you, I would say go for it! This was an anniversary vacation for my husband and I and we could not have been happier with our decision. I felt compelled to provide a review given the exceptional service we experienced during our stay, oh, and that great view from the balcony of Casa Panorama. Our concierge Kimberly did an amazing job of making us feel like our comfort and happiness while in Manuel antonio was her top priority. Given this was our first time to Costa Rica and we were unfamiliar with the area this was very helpful in ensuring we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our trip. Beyond the world class service we were thrilled with our villa and so impressed with the sweeping ocean views and lush tropical setting. We had the opportunity to stay in both the lower and upper units of Casa Panorama and they were both equally amazing in their amenities and views. Many of the restaurants in town boasted great sunset views however my husband and I both agreed the best sunset view was had right outside our balcony. The infinity pools and beach on Tulemar property were nice too. If natural beauty and adventure are what you seek, then this is the perfect vacation. There are so many great activities/tours to try and you can sit back and relax at the beach while your concierge makes all your arrangements. You can do as little or as much as you choose. We were happy that Kimberly had such extensive knowledge of the area and was able to make wonderful recommendations for all of our activities. Our family of 6 (3 couples)stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifuly decorated. We loved the stocked kitchen and the covered patio that overlooked the ocean. I think we spent the most time there every night. Even when it rained we thouroghly enjoyed that patio. Watching the monkeys outside our house was surreal. Also, we loved the private beach so much it is now a picture on our wall in the living room. Kimberly, our house manager went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and we are very grateful. We will absolutely be back.

What a great place, perfect for our honeymoon! The views are wonderful, beach is great, service too! Kimberly saw that we never went without anything here. We went to Manuel antonio National Park, Dolphin/Snorkel Boat cruise was awesome, & zipline adventure. Our favorites were Ronny's Place - best margaritas & seafood and agua azul was a stunning view with super casual atmosphere, appetizers and beers! We can't wait to return!
