Casa Marlin is located in an exclusive area of beautiful Manuel Antonio. This luxury vacation rental boasts spectacular views of the new Pez Vela Marina and the Pacific Ocean as well as the rain-forest throughout the mountains. The home is a Costa Rican paradise, surrounded by rainforest, home of three species of monkeys, dozens of species of birds, as well as many other exotic animals, reptiles, flora and fauna.

Spend your holiday in the canopy of a tropical orchard. Watch the monkeys and wildlife come to eat fruit from one of our many fruit trees. Casa Marlin has four equal private bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Generous balconies in the front and back of the bedrooms are set up to view the three species of monkeys that come to feast in the ancient orchard that surrounds you.

The thrilling Guanacaste wood floating stairway leads up to the third floor rancho and a spectacular view of miles of jungle canopy, the marina and the north shore surf break. It is also the perfect place to watch incredible sunsets.

Walk out of the living room into the turquoise illusion edge pool where you can sit and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of the trickling waterfall. Or get caught up with the rest of the world with our large 42 inch flat screen TV. Clock radios in each room make it easy to get up early enough for that fishing trip.

Wireless Internet is available thru out the home.

Cabinets, furniture, and other woodwork throughout casa marlin are custom made of local hardwoods by the talented woodworkers of our area.

A gourmet style kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you will need for cooking and dining. It includes a granite counter top and hand made teak cabinets. The dining room table will seat twelve people comfortably with room at the bar for four more.

Full maid services will make your stay completely carefree. Chef and catering services are also available for individual meals or special events or you may choose one of our fine local cooks to serve your group a traditional Costa Rican Meal.

  Fabulous vacation rental with lots of wildlife to explore nearby

  This house was perfect for our 2 famlies who travelled together. We had a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room and the house was clean and beautiful. The photos are very accurate.
  The pool is on the small side, but actually perfect for our 6 kids to splash around in. 4 of them were not able to swim independently when we arrived, but when we left, 4 of them were! The smaller size was perfect for them to practise in and feel comfortable. Plus it was so warm that they stayed in the pool for hours. The view is beautiful and so are the grounds. We had 2 iguanas visit daily and about 50 monkeys came through each afternoon (between 1-3pm). We noted 2 different species of monkeys and noticed that they have different routes. We called it the "monkey super highway". There were also many geckos in the house and outside.
  It was hot there in March, but the fans in the house made it comfortable. Plus each bedroom has a/c, so that was perfect. The beds were comfortable.
  The house is open air, so the bedrooms are each locked independently. It felt funny to lock our kids into their bedrooms at night, but we got used to it. During the day we didn't lock the rooms, unless we were going out.

  you feel as though you are staying in jungle with monkeys, etc. visiting everyday! lovely views and spent a lot of time in pool. we would highly recommend this villa.
