New Lower Rates! Casa Mono Tità is a stunning 3-story vacation rental villa with a breath-taking Pacific Ocean view. The home is approximately 2,500 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping 8 comfortably. There are two queen beds, one king bed, a double bed and a daybed in the den that could sleep a 9th person, if needed. The common areas include a kitchen, dining area, living area and den with cable TV. The 3rd floor bedroom has a private entrance and private balcony. Our family stayed here for the 5th time this year and we are so grateful to be able to travel to this paradise each year. The staff at the house took such good care of us- like we were a part of their family. If you want to experience paradise is a beautiful home overlooking the jungle and the ocean- this is the place to go!! Pura Vida!

My friends and I stayed at Casa Mono Titi over the Christmas and New Year's Holiday and it was tremendous! The unobstructed views from the house are incredible and we were visited by monkeys every day ... one day nearly 100 total - including Capuchin, Squirrel and Howlers! The palm tree over the pool is a passageway for the monkeys as they make their way back and forth across the hillside every day. It was truly amazing to see and hear the procession. In addition to the beautiful, seemingly secluded, location, the staff of the house were incredibly helpful and welcoming. It is not possible in one review to relate how much we enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you for making this vacation one we will never forget!

Fantastic vacation rental in Manuel antonio. Plenty of space for the family in this neat and clean home. Bonus- monkeys by the pool each night- the kids loved it. The owner was very helpful with our planning and rents the adjoining property so this would be perfect for a large group. We came down for some jungle adventures just prior to Christmas and had a great time. We rented an SUV but could have used the close by food choices and grocery store with no problem (the tour companies provide transportation and taxis are reasonable). We used tours listed in Trip advisor and were pleased with amigos del Rio for rafting and jungle ziplining. The national park was interesting (hire a guide to enhance your wildlife sightings) and the beach inside the park was beautiful.

Spent Xmas week with wife and 3 kids(24,22,18) in 'Monkey Villa'. Although travel to the villa was complicated by a horrendous experience with Thrifty Car Rental, our short stay was outstanding. The villa is comfortable and fits perfectly in its' surroundings. Easy access to restaurants etc.. Monkeys visited like clockwork at 4:30. Made for quite a cocktail hour. Suggest whitewater rafting and the Rainmaker Park. Agua azul and Cafe Milagro are excellent. Thank you to Terry and Peter for letting us use your home.

Exceptional place - good spaces, excellent service, wonderful views and everything that was advertised and more. Monkeys in tree tops - our experience was great except for us it rained each day we were there (in rainy October of course). Didn't get to really use the pool because of that, but we loved the house!

Casa Mono Titi was the perfect place to call a second home while visiting beautiful Costa Rica. The house was super comfortable and there is nothing better than being tucked away in beautiful jungle with views of the ocean and monkey visits every day! The house and property are truly a gem and we are very grateful to have found it and had the opportunity to stay there.

We just came back from our 3rd stay at Casa Mono Titi. What can I say? It's fabulous! This is one of the most secluded, yet convenient, casas in the area. Casa Mono Titi is situated deep in the tropics and is visited daily by the monkeys. It is private and peaceful. Yet, just at the top of the hill, one finds great restaurants, local bus service, and a short walk to the beach. It's perfect! The house manager is helpful in arranging tours - we went white water rafting, on a 4-wheel tour, and a sunset cruise. And the owners - Terry and Pete - are just great! They ensure that everything is in place and ready for their guests. They are responsive and helpful in planning and just good guys. I highly recommend a stay at Casa Mono Titi. I'm sure my family will return!

I couldnt' have picked a better place to stay for our Honeymoon. It was beautiful and private. We loved walking to and from town and the provincial park nearby. We went during rain season in July, so be prepared for a nightly shower, but during the rest of the day and night the weather was gorgeous and in the 80s. Thank you to Pete and Terry and to Thomas for being such great hosts.

We loved Casa Mono Titi! The late afternoon visits by wild monkeys who perform quite a show was outstanding fun! The home is nestled on a Manuel antonio hillside and located walking distance to many of the town's best cafes and shopping. Beautiful beaches are a 5 minute drive down the mountain. The home is extremely comfortable with it's own small pool and fully functional kitchen. The bathrooms are luxurious and the home has all technologies and comforts of home. Daily housekeeping visits a little early for late sleepers but they will visit later if you ask. We will definitely visit again and recommend this home to our friends! Oh and the views and finishes are even better than the pictures on the website.

Casa Mono Titi offers a true Costa Rican experience. It is a very comfortable home with all the amenities. The views are outstanding, the pool is refreshing and clean, and the monkeys will make your stay. They come out to play every afternoon and will provide endless entertainment. The location of this property is great for Manuel antonio. You can walk to dozens of restaurants, the market, and the bus stop. The kitchen is large and functional but you will need your own spices and other staples if you need to cook. Overall, a great house for your stay in Manuel antonio.

Stayed w 3 friends. House had plenty of room. Great location surrounded by lush jungle, saw plenty of animals including a sloth from 3 feet away. The outside deck is great, perfect for a bbq. Service was great...cleaning crew, night watchman, etc. Washer/dryer and interenet were pluses.

This house was perfect for our group. I just wish we were able to spend more time at the house. We could walk almost everywhere we 'needed' to go.
Don't get me started on the view...I think i fell in love with Costa Rica at Casa Mono Titi. -

We rented both of Terry and Pete's homes to accommodate our extended family we loved the monkey visit,the separate
upstairs bedroom daily fruit walks to nearby restaurants
caretaker responded to all needs we were picked up at the airport and delivered to the door beautiful flora and fauna
all activities with plenty of time to be lazy and soak up the incredible enviornment -

I have stayed at this same home prior to our recent visit in February 2010.
The views are breathtaking and the location superb. The house is beautiful, perfectly decorated and always clean. The back deck is beyond huge and a great location from sun up to sun down. The morning "monkey show" was a welcomed added feature.
I have used this home twice so far, and certainly would repeat and recommend in the future.

If you're seeking one of the most beautiful spots on earth to unwind, Casa Mono Titi will exceed your expectations. Pete, Terry, and their staff catered to our needs with friendly efficieny. We wanted for nothing and were relaxed from the moment we arrived. There's an abundant menu of activities to choose from, or you can simply sit by the pool and gaze at beautiful flora and fauna. It was a great time, for a great price.We'll be returning for sure!
