Completed in mid 2009, this magnificent 8,500 square foot residence boasts 5 bedrooms; 1 Master Suite with a king bed, 3 Guest Suites, each w...ith a King bed, and 1 Guest Suite with two queen beds. Casa Paraiso has 5.5 bathrooms, including an aroma-steam room shower in the Master Suite. There is also an outdoor garden shower, located off the pool area. Casa Paraiso is afforded the luxuries of a full-time staff, including housekeeping and concierge services.

Each bedroom suite provides top-of-the-line bedding and handpicked furnishings to ensure warmth and style. All the rooms are separated from the main social areas in order to enhance privacy throughout your stay. The second floor upon which the Master Suite is located has its own mini bar in which beverages, breakfast pastries, or snacks may be stocked. The theme of peace and intimacy is maximized as each guest has their own private balcony space. A special “Minstrels´ Gallery” off the Master Suite provides guests the opportunity to appreciate the cool, spacious design of the home. Casa Paraiso is decorator finished with unique pieces from both local and international artisans. You will enjoy fully air conditioned interior living spaces, plus mountain view exterior covered walkways.

The outdoor grill and entertainment area which overlooks the Pacific Ocean includes combined seating for 26 people and a 75 foot long infinity edge pool with a secondary splash pool. Whether you want to host the BBQ yourself or request the expertise of our Executive Chef, Casa Paraiso is the perfect home for friends or families wishing to relax and celebrate life.

  Vacation of a lifetime!

  We stayed for one week at Casa Paraiso and couldn\'t have possibly had a better time. The villa was 5+ stars. The beds were so comfortable and the atrium like foyer really felt like you were in the middle of the jungle walking to your room. The kitchen was gourmet and our favorite part was absolutely te infinity edge pool. What a view! We weren\'t expecting or to be such a great view and were pleasantly surprised. Have to say that the best part was the little pack of Titi monkeys that roam the neighborhood surrounding the villas. Those little guys will melt your heart and our 2 year old daughter was thrilled to be so up close to them. We wil definitely go back and recommend to all our family and friends. Also the staff and maid were absolutely above and beyond. Our experience with Luxury Retreats has been so pleasant. Everything we were told was spot on and they really made sure that everything went smoothly. - Ciara L., California, USA

  This home is absolute paradise!

  I thought I had written a review of this beautiful home when we stayed 2 years ago. We stayed the week of New Year's (right after Christmas on the 27th through the week of New Year's 2010/2011) It was absolutely extraordinary! We went with our children and another family of 5. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. The home is magical! We watched monkeys jump from tree to tree while on the patio which gave us many hilarious memories!
  The 6 children that were with us ranged in age from 11-19 years. I would not recommend this home for very small children. It has lots of stairs and levels. The layout of the home is very unique but I feel it would be stressful with toddlers.
  I'm not sure if the owners are the same as when we stayed but while we were there we were able to have the most amazing chef cook us meals!! Her name was Patricia and her food awed all the foodies in our family! The home also had daily maid service. She would even launder your clothes!
  The home is in a gated area near Manuel antonio national park which is a must to tour! The manager of the home was able to coordinate all our needs...from transportation to and from the airport to zip line tours, fishing and rafting trips to in home massages from a local spa!
