Casa Selva is located in Manuel Antonio near Quepos, Costa Rica. About a 2.5 hour drive from San Jose or 20 minute flight to the local airport in Quepos. Tucked away in a rainforest setting this new home is in a gated community of 6 homes.
The main floor has a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas terrace with pool and pantry with a half bath and access to the back patio. There is a bedroom at each end, one queen and other with twins, with private baths. On the lower level, there is a studio apt with queen bed, kitchenette, bath and private patio. Thank you Ron for a wonderful stay at Casa Selva. It is a beautiful place, clean contemporary design and comfort. The kitchen is really well equipped and enabled us to cook lots of delicious fresh local foods, the beds are so comfortable and spacious. The setting is great and we spotted many beautiful birds in the nearby trees. Ron is easy going, knowledgeable and accommodating - the perfect host.
I would recommend this to anyone who appreciates a little luxury on your travels in Costa Rica. My family and I loved it. -

Casa Selva located in Canyon Verde in a secure area of five villas. What you see in the pictures of Casa Selva on-line is exactly what you get. It's a beautiful villa with lots of windows so that you can view the jungle. The villa has all of the amenities as indicated and the kitchen was well equipped so we cooked most of our meals. The pool was nice to cool off at the end of the day after being at the ocean or out on an excursion. The property managers, Ron and Dan, were but a phone call away if you had questions. We didn't have a car and used the local bus between Manuel antonio and Quepos. Bus stop was a short walk away with a steep hill out of the villa and then onto the main road. Saw troops of monkeys go through by the Vila about four times in three week stay. Felt very safe in villa complex as there is a guard on duty 24 hours a day. Loved the outdoor deck areas with comfy deck chairs/tables. We would certainly recommend this villa .

The home is in a private gated community. It had all the amenities that we could want. Pool, patio, and a kitchen with everything you need. Clean and comfortable with many of the highly rated restaurants within walking distance. Great place!

Met Ron in 2011 through another Villa we rented. Ron was fun and honest. This year I email Ron and advise him of our needs with space and budget. He immediately informed us of Casa Selva. Ron greeted us when we arrived in Manuel antonio and immediately brought us to the Villa. The grounds with the pool, security, location and Villa was perfect. We felt very secure, had our privacy and enjoyed the BBQ and pool along with all the wild life (monkey's, frogs, birds). We were close to several grocery stores, beach and restaurants. If you want a great honest experience, call Ron. Casa Selva is exactly as pictured and then some. Thank you Ron. We will be back again next year!!!

We had a great stay at Casa Selva. The house was clean and the setting was great. The pool was a nice way to relax after running around during the day. I can't say enough about how great the value was compared to a hotel. Ronald Neal was very helpful and took the time to answer questions about the area. We ran into him at a farmers market and he took the time to point out good deals and also helped with purchases.

Found this villa on-line and chose it based on the area and house amenities. The pool was great to come home to and cool off. The house itself was private, spotless and beautiful. The security was excellent. It was close to Manuel antonio Park which was our destination. Ron was so helpful with his advice and his help in booking tours. We enjoyed every minute here in the jungle and had monkeys, toucans, lots of little lizards and tree frogs stop by for viewing. There is nothing negative I can say about our experience here.(Okay...the scorpion in the kitchen was a little disconcerting but he was easy to catch and release outside.) I'm sure anyone wishing to stay here will be as thrilled as we were.
