We were met at the office upon our arrival, taken to the condo, & shown every thing we needed to know, and introduced to the wonderful lady who would be cleaning our place. I really appreciated the little extras, like the yogurt & fruit. The codo was well stocked with everthing that we needed for our 3 month stay. Being up in the trees, was so worth climbing the stairs.

From the tree top views and beautful breezes, you have discovered a special place. The rental unit is great, has everthing you need. Sunrise from one terrace and sunset on the other. Mountains in the distance and the sounds of the ocean. Everyone we met was so very helpful and pleasant. Sweet spot, can't wait to go again. Restaurants near by, stores within walking distance, swimming pools, its all here.

Staying at the Minorca rooftop suite was Great, the kitchen had everything we needed. Buses and taxies are readily available up the street, to take you to the many different locations for very reasonable prices..We took the bus and just rode to see where we would end up. There is so much to see there..Walking distance to beautiful beaches. Corner stores close by. The best part was the beautiful clean pools and grounds. Very friendly staff. YOu do have to climb a few flights of stairs, but we just concidered it our stairmaster to work off all those Corona's.. We even rescued a dog and brought her home with us, (Mexi). Would definitly go back

My wife and I just stayed at the Penthouse View Condo the first week of February. The property was very easy to find and only 20 minutes from the Manzanillo airport by taxi. While there are some stairs, the climb is well worth the privacy and the fantastic 360-degree views of the mountains and scenery. We never felt crowded in this studio. There was ample storage for our luggage and a lot of space for lounging about. The true test was while we were stuck inside because of rain we never felt claustrophobic, plus the owners provided cards, dvds/player, and some cds/player. The highlight for us was the outdoor living space. With huge front and back patios (back adorned with beautiful flowers), you never get bored with the view. We enjoyed sunrises and breakfasts out back and sunsets with cocktails out front. There is seating in both locations and it was nice to have a choice of sun or shade at pretty much any time of day. This condo is well equipped for cooking and we enjoyed preparing a few of our own meals after visiting the market in Santiago. The dining nook in the kitchen was convenient and comfortable.
While not directly on the beach, we very much enjoyed the location, and the complex itself has two large pools. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and took us past the small Eureka store which we would have needed to stop at anyway for our daily supply of Sol, tortillas, and other goodies. An added bonus was access to the "Casa Club" beach club. While there is public beach access, the beach club has food, a bar, a shower to wash off the salt and sand, a pool, and loungers.
We will definitely be back!
