  Cliff and Martha were great about giving us all the details we needed for our stay. Everything was very helpful from the emails to before we arrived all the way down to the detailed guest book we found at the condo.
  The restaurant suggestions were great and we found everything very easily. Most accomodating!

  PREMIUM OCEAN VIEW LAS HADAS STUDIO CONDO"

  This was our first experience in condo renting and what an experience it was. We were spoiled! Our condo owners had thought of everything. Our kitchen was very much set up as you would have your kitchen in your own home. Recently renovated with ample euro cupboards, apartment size full fridge and very spacious for two adults. A galley type kitchen where two could work comfortably. Our lap top sat on the island playing music stations picked up via internet while we made our dinners. We enjoyed eating at the bistro type table internet while we made our dinners. We enjoyed eating at the bistro type table set up inside the condo or on our beautiful deck overlooking stunning Manzanillo bay. Our condo came with a barbeque on the deck which was a finishing touch to our already "perfect" condo.
  We had a very comfortable quiet running airconditioner. This condo was our home away from home, set up so that you walked in and felt at home, not having to change or do one thing different.
  
  A beautiful pool along with a restaurant there for your convience. We were not able to bring our own drinks to the pool which we found frustrating, but.............overall we highly recommend this condo to anyone who want to have a "home away from home" condo vacation!!

  A Perfect Place in Paradise

  We stayed here for one week in December 2009 after a week just North in Melaque. The condo was just perfect for our needs...had everything that you could possibly ask for plus a million dollar view!!
  The pool area was absolutely amazing and the fact that it wasn't overrun by children was a real bonus. Just a few steps away were about five restaurants to choose from if you didn't feel like cooking or barbecuing in the condo. The weather is always predictably warm, so cooking should be left to the local restaurants anyway. After all, you're on holidays!!
  Walking to the shopping areas of north Manzanillo is very easy. It's about a 25 minute stroll through the Karmina Palace to a wide variety of shops for your necessities etc. Don't forget to buy a roasted chicken for dinner outside the Comercial.
  All in all, the value of staying at this condo was tremendous and the ease of booking the unit was as simple as could be. Cliff and Martha are the perfect hosts and their communication skills will ensure you of a trouble free vacation. We highly recommend that you'll enjoy your stay in paradise.

  We stayed there for Christmas 2008 and, overall, really enjoyed the holiday.
  
  Pros: beautiful view, full kitchen, nice balcony, barbeque available, good location, very helpful property management, owners were great to communicate with, Manzanillo is awesome.
  
  Cons: Very hard bed, room was a little smaller than we expected, very little light in the kitchen and we strained to see at night.

  Our guests were a delight to have stay at our condo and we did take their concerns to heart. In the off season we had recessed lights placed in the kitchen and a memory foam cap added to the Kingsize bed.
