Description from the owner
An easy walk to Bahia Santiago beach, the area's best beach protected in a cove.
1400 square foot treetop condo offers beautiful views of the mountains.
Close enough to the beach to hear the waves and feel the cool breeze of the Pacific.
The decor is authentic Mexican with handmade tiles, metal tooled lighting, original fine art and ceramics. Very romantic for a couple but also well suited for families as it is very spacious.
There are four balconies which add significantly to the square footage.
One balcony is covered with a coconut wood roof and is enclosed with mosquito netting. It is our "al fresco" din...Read more

Your Condo is Wondrful in villas Monarcas thank you so much it feel like I was home We got their late on our arrival day but we got the emergency key like you said in the contract but next day I just went to the office to pick up the key and put the emergency back in the lamp. Once again thank you it was amazing staying at your house and hopefully next next year we can arrange another vacation.

Vancouver, CanadaVacation in a colorful atmosphere
Left on 08/23/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We had a wonderful time in this colorful apartment located in one of the best spots in Manzanillo; the unit is close to the beach, transportation and a golf course almost next door. The building has a large swimming pool which is never crowded. The smaller pool for kids is perfect for their splashing around. Both offer the right mix of privacy and company from some of the good neighbours in this community. The gardens of the complex are also extremely well maintained and pleasant.
What I liked most about the apartment is its personality; I felt like staying at a friend's place rather than in a rental unit. The apartment is large, decorated with Mexican authentic furniture and dinnerware. The owner has placed great attention to details making it a very comfortable place for any weather conditions (summer, winter, year round). The terrace and windows have mosquito nets which come in handy when having a glass of wine at the terrace at dawn.
We look forward to staying in this apartment again.

The accomodations were very very comfortable, well equipped and the decorating features made us feel at home. The outdoor space or patio areas in the condo added an extra dimension to our stay. We would certainly stay there again.

We found the unit to be as described and depicted in the property
description. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute
walk to the bus stop on the highway into town. It's also a 5
minute walk to the beachside Oasis restaurant, where we had
nothing but excellent meals.
We really appreciated the many different decks in the unit, with
their varying views and sun exposures. The inside is brightly
painted, with comfortable Mexican furniture and tasteful
lighting. The complex was meticulously well kept up, the staff
extremely helpful, and the two pools were perfect for swimming
laps.
Traffic on the road adjacent to the unit can get busy, especially
on the weekends and holidays. But not everyone would find it
objectionable, and it can be interesting to watch on days
when many Mexican families are heading to/from the beach
in a wide variety of conveyances.
We would have no hesitation in staying again in the unit. -

Portland, OregonGreat Vacation

Your condo at Villas de Menorca was excellent. Thanks for the great beds and linen. The small things can mean so much. We had a great time! I have explored nearly every State in Mexico and this area was the first I experienced cars stopping for pedestrians. We made lots of friends, including Sara who was a sweetheart, you are fortunate to have such a great housekeeper. Your lovely home is in the best location for exploring. I found great tennis with locals in Cihuatlan. Met Diego (Oasis owner), also a tennis player. My daughter and her friend from Vera Cruz enjoyed the local nightlife with a nice mix of locals and home owners. Food is yummy fresh and abundant. Beach, whales, snorkeling, fishing ...my only complaint is time ended up being too short, we wanted to stay longer!

York, PAThis is a perfect vacation spot!

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. It was totally comfortable for 3 couples, with one couple staying in the living room, or screened in porch. The grounds are gorgeous and immaculate, and the huge swimming pools are a perfectly refreshing. The 5 min. stroll to the beach is lovely in itself, as the gated community is cobblestone streets, and palm tree lined. You can easily spend the day at the beach, as it is equipped with umbrella filled cafes, a marketplace, and snorkeling. Or if you want more privacy, walk the other direction. You can walk for hours on this beach!
We loved going into town. It's a colorful pueblo with lots of artists shops, great cafes, taco stands and restaurants, as well as a huge marketplace. As a chef, I particularly loved all of the fresh homemade food from local ingredients. The fish is outstanding, and we enjoyed many meals at home picking up fresh salsas and made to order tortillas to accompany a fresh rotisserie chicken, or some local caught shrimp... no matter where we ate, it was delicious!
And whatever you do, make sure you try the popsicle stand on the main drag. I've never seen so many exotic flavors, and so yummy!!
Additionally, you can ask Lauren for her recommended tour guide. We checked out some great neighboring little beach towns, and the coconut plantation, and he was wonderful; affordable, knowledgeable, and funny!

Santa Barbara, CALuxurious, beautifully tasteful, well equipped Condo
Left on 10/20/2010 for a stay in June 2010
As we drove up I was thrilled to see lovely gardens, a pool, and a lanai. The condo was clean and very accommodating
and well taken care of. The views were outstanding and we so enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There was a market down the road and when we felt like cooking we had a wonderful time just hanging out at the condo. It was nice having internet access when we wanted it as well as watching Dvd's . It was a perfect place for me and my family to have a vacation.
