The largest condo in Villas de Menorca in Club Santiago. 3 bedrooms up each with it's own ensuite and a further bathroom downstairs. The main level is 2 floors above ground level and has spacious balconies with lovely views over the grounds and palm trees. There are two communal swimming pools. The condo is well furnished and can accommodate 3 couples. A good nine hole golf course is 100yds away. The beach is 300yds away - renters may use the beach club membership.

This spacious well amended unit was perfect for our family of 5 and could have easily accommodated another person.
We had plenty of kitchenware and seating. The fridge acted up while we were there but the management company quickly looked after this in spite of it being Christmas Eve. We did not use the dishwasher.
With 5 people it was a particular luxury to have 4 bathrooms and the showers provided good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pools pristine with comfy seating and big umbrellas.
The jewel of this condo is the multitude of decks. Two of the three bedrooms have their own private deck and the huge wrap around deck of the main floor, complete with tropical planters, was our favourite spot to convene at all times of the day. It would have been nice to have a couple of loungers for the deck. The transit system is very close and there are 2 stores and a small village within walking distance for groceries.
It was perfect to have the association with the Beach Club. Just a 5-10 minute walk away gave you your own private beach area. Our family spent every day on beautiful Santiago Bay where we had access to chairs and umbrellas, a bar and restaurant, showers and a pool.
We all definitely want to return.
