Located on the Mexican Riviera the luxurious Casa Las Brisas, La Punta, Manzanillo, Mexico (mexicorentalsonline.com) located in a private gated estate community. The 8400 sq.ft. villa have breathtaking views from every room of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Santiago with the backdrop of the Sierra Madre mountains. This 5 luxurious bedroom suite villa offers 2 pools, one a heated infinity pool , the other by the palm palapa used for relaxation, entertaining and dining. The games room and media center offer many diversions with family and friends. The living and dinng areas have 30 foot floor to ceiling windows with a full view of the infinity pool and the Ocean. Our experienced full time staff includes cook, houseman and maid to attend to your every need and whim. Any parties or events need to be cleared through the owner, Deborah Mathews. Our houseman, Onorio will guide you through the villa and answer any questions concerning the villa upon arrival.
One pet is allowed under 35 pounds. La Punta requires leaches be used at all times when using common property of private community.

How do damage deposits work?

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
