This comfortable three bedroom, two bath home has it all- ocean view, fenced yard and only one short block to the beach. Sit on the large wrap around deck and listen to the sound of the waves. Stay warm by the fire either in the upstairs living room or downstairs in the family room. The family room has a gaming table with bumper pool that's perfect for family game nights. "Carmel Holiday" vacation rental was a good place for our family's peaceful holiday together. Close by for walks on the beach and in the cute town of Manzanita, and we also hiked nearby Neahkahnie Mountain for a lovely view of the coast. The house was a fine setting for our meals, movies & games, and just visiting -- with way more than enough room for the six of us.

We had a good timne. It was nice to have two fireplaces. We brought our own logs as wood was so spendy. The view as nice. The location was handy to downtown. The bed was great!

Loved being there close to town and the beach. The yard appeared to be in the process of renovation so it was difficult to keep dirt out of the house. Hedges around the property are overgrown and there's a break in the fence so my dog got out. That was scary. Knives are dull, so bring your sharpener. The living area upstairs is great. Kitchen well supplied.

We enjoyed this vacation home if fit all our needs - it was a great place for our family and the dog loved the yard - the only items that I would comment on the windows needed to be cleaned and there is an area of the fence that needs to be secured - and of course our dog found the area - other wise we plan on renting next year

This was our first stay in this home after over 20 years of coming to Manzanita and we enjoyed the experience. We loved the deck with a slight view of the ocean and great view of the mountain. The house was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a few more cable channels for those very windy afternoons when the beach is not an option.

Great Location in quiet beautiful Manzanita! The house was supplied with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very clean, equipped and huge living space. We'll definately be returning!

OUr 2nd stay at this home, very roomy and comfortable. The upgrades(carpet, flooring, wall in kitchen and bannister was very nice. A great way to enjoy the new 2012 New Year with friends!!

We stayed at this house several years ago over Thanksgiving. It was nice but had a few quirky elements including a slightly scarey stair railing and some old shag carpeting. This Christmas was wonderful. New carpeting , new stair railings. Everything was clean and orderly. The kitchen had nearly everything you can imagine needing. We had a lovely time.
