The house was a little bit run down in areas, and it did not meet my expectations as far as the number of people it could sleep COMFORTABLY. Futons are not comfortable to anyone - sleeper sofas would be a better option. Also, having two full size beds in the upstairs bedroom rather th an a full and a twin would be a wise change. The games had many or most parts missing or broken, there was only one coffee mug in the downstairs unit, clocks didn't work- just general inattention to detail. Overall it wasn't as fun to stay in Manzanita this time around. We won't be back. :(

Great home w/ private feeling upper deck area. Very close for walking to shops and beach. Looking forward to another weekend there.

The Courtyard has a hot tub on that open, private deck--and we have found some deck boards that need replacing. The Courtyard is new to OceanEdge and step-by-step we are paying attention to maintenance needs--like pressure washing the ground level concrete courtyard, attending to the entry stairs, and just a few other items on our to-do list which includes suggestions from other renters.
