This beautiful 2400sq.ft. home is just what you need to relax and experience the Oregon Coast as the locals live. One block from the main street of Laneda, you have easy access to the charming village of Manzanita with shops, restaurants, a health club and spa, without the hassle and hustle of parking or crowds. The beach is one short block from your front door.

You will never be chilly here, as the attached, two-car garage is stocked with plenty of firewood for either the fireplace upstairs or the woodstove downstairs. If that doesn't warm you up, try the steam sauna next to the downstairs bath or th Jacuzzi tub in the master bath!

... For sunny days, fire up the charcoal barbeque on the upstairs deck and admire the ocean, or relax on the secluded deck or patio.

A fully stocked kitchen will help you prepare any meal to enjoy at the large dining room table, while looking out at the ocean waves. It is ideal for dinners at sunset.

The upstairs living room, with a vaulted ceiling and large wall of windows facing the ocean, has an open floor plan sharing the kitchen and dining areas. Relax around the fireplace while listening to your favorite music on the stereo or converse with friends around the island in the kitchen. Just down the hall is another bathroom with shower and two more bedrooms. The second upstairs bedroom has a pillow-top full bed. The master bedroom, lit with skylights, has a private deck and exclusive access to the master bathroom, complete with a shower and separate Jacuzzi tub large enough for two adults.

Need some separate time in your group, or a plan for children or teenagers to hang out? The downstairs living room has a wet bar, TV/DVD/VCR, hide-a-bed sofa, and two bedrooms adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with secluded deck, and the second bedroom has a bunk with a twin mattress on the top and a full mattress on the bottom. Each bed is outfitted with pillow-tops for your comfort. A full entry way and large laundry room complete the downstairs.

Additional Location Information

This home is one block in from the beach and one block North from the main street of Laneda. This custom built house sits on a view lot and takes full advantage of the setting and ocean and mountain views.

The home has a two-car garage, with three car maximum on the property. It's walking distance to the town and the beach, where you can visit the cute shops, good restaurants, or treat yourself to a spa day. Spend your days golfing, boating, windsurfing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, shelling or sightseeing.

$250.00 security deposit is fully refundable if no damage was done.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Full refund minus 1 nights rental if more than 45 days from booking date. Within 45 days, full refund minus 1 night rental if we are able to rebook entire stay. Within 7 days or shortened stays, there will be NO refund.

  We recently stayed here with my family. I must say, the description of this house is spot on. For those of you that want to come relax, this is the place to do it. Manzanita is such a quaint little town - perfect for those looking for a quiet vacation - yet it's still close enough to head into Seaside/Cannon for a day of tourist activities. The house is the perfect location - walking distance to the main street and one block off the beach. The view from the upstairs windows - gorgeous! We had everything we needed - just like home!

  This house has it all. A great ocean view, a well designed place with a large open kitchen/dining room/ living room area. Lots of light in the main area. Lots of bedrooms. We have stayed here many times and love this place. The master bedroom has a great master bath with a jacuzzi tub. The beds are very comfortable. It is centrally located 1 block from the beach and 1-2 blocks from the main shopping area of Manzanita but on a very quiet street.
