This beautiful modern beach house has stunning views of both the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain from both levels of the home. This unique home is furnished with mid-century modern furniture, all original artwork and has beautiful stone and concrete floors throughout. The stone details continue throughout the bathrooms.

We started our first vacation in Manzanita, OR with a bad experience in a gross rental booked through another company. Before we forfeited and went back home, I happened upon Sunset Vacation Rentals on a walk down Lanida. At the last minute, an agent there found us an available new-to-them rental on the beach in the south part of town that completely, 100% saved our much anticipated family vacation!
The Aria 2 townhouse rental is absolutely gorgeous. The owners have a wonderful eye for design and comfort. From the Eames loungers in the LR to the well-equipped gourmet kitchen we felt right at home, but with a view of the ocean. The kids loved the bunk beds, we loved our spacious master suite, we all enjoyed the cozy wrap around couch in the living room. The rental was spotlessly clean, well equipped with anything you may need and we had a truly lovely time.
