We have stayed at Cocoa Plum Villas twice now. Once in this condo (I believe it was this one) and once in Warren Bernard's condo one floor up. This is a great place to just relax & kick back. You are literally on the water, with a close-up view of the ocean and the swimming pool right from your balcony. Both times we were there, it was extremely quiet, and almost every time we used the pool, we had it to ourselves. Great location in Marathon, near supermarkets, and restaurants, and easy driving distance either North or South to other Key locations for Day trips. We have looked at several of the condos while there, and all of them are immaculate and well furnished. All the condos come with fully equipped Kitchens, so if you don't feel like eating out, you can whip up dinner yourself. Large Master bedroom with bath, and 2nd bedroom with twin beds and another bath. Again, I can't stress enough, this is is a great place to come to to decompress. Fix yourself a batch of Margaritas, and sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, seabirds, and contemplate your navel...all in peaceful quiet.

PAPeaceful retreat

This was our first trip to Marathon and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning on the balcony. The pelicans soaring over the water welcomed us to the Keys. The condo was comfortable and clean. There were two of us on vacation but the place would be great for a family with a large kitchen and breakfast bar. The pool was relaxing and the sound of the ocean was calming. The beach was wonderful for early morning walks. The area offers many terrific restaurants with sunset views and plenty of good food. There are numerous charter fishing boats and snorkeling cruises available. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
