Having just returned from Marathon, I had to write to say what a great place "Coco Plum on the Bay" is.
We had three couples and a single adult who were very comfortable in their own spacious bedrooms with adjoining baths.
The living area and porch are large and furnished very nicely making it very comfortable for all.
At one point I had a question for the office and they sent, Rick, the grounds super out instantaneously just to make sure everything was OK.
I would recommend this place to couples and families for a great vacation. -

Wow! I wish i lived here full time!! Amazing House :) We came down for the Summer & it was wonderfull. We would highly recommend renting this property and would definitely rent it again. The house is clean, quiet and well supplied by the ownersis and exactly as described and photographed. The owners were exceptionally nice and professional in their communications and response time. Not only that but - location, location, and location! This house is close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is near by.
A wonderful rental experience - thanks to the owners and their attention to detail and real estate management. We will visit next summer for sure ;) -

This is our third year at the house. We come with our exteneded family and there is plenty of room for everyone. The kids love the pool and fishing on the dock. We always bring a runabout boat and enjoy exploring the waters looking for the Iguana's. We had one day when the weather was not so great so we played corn hole under the house and cooked out and there was plenty of room. We will be back again!!

We were 3 families staying together and we had plenty of room !!! The location of the house,the large dock/deck area,pool,hammocks,...everything...was so great!!! It was odd to have outside stairs but we got used to it. The view from the kitchen and all around decks were breathtaking!!! We hope to return, Only one little complaint was that the house needs some tender loving( maintenance )care.

27 ave F is really a great house for a large family/group vacation. The property is large and spacious. We had 11 people stay for an entire week and never once felt cramped. Pool is nice and the boat dock was very useful. Only issue is that if you have someone who has trouble getting around, the living areas are on the 3rd floor. This made for great views, but was a bit of a tiresome climb for my grandmother after a week.

We have a group of friends that stay there every year. We love the fact that we don't have to share bathrooms or bedrooms or the pool and the fishing dock with anyone else! Nobody bothers us and if anything in the house needs attention someone is always on it asap. The sunsets on the bay are just awesome and I have many pictures from the balcony.

The house was large, spacious and very clean. We had 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent our mornings on the back verandas watching the sun come up, boats going by and the birds fishing. We took a 25' boat with us and the dock space in our backyard was awesome. The pool was warm and we enjoyed many "pool parties". This is our second year and we will be going back many many more.

We stayed here for two weeks and caught tons of fish! We parked our boat the whole time at the house's huge boat dock and we cleaned our fish at our own covered cleaning table, and the place even has a whole extra bait freezer and extra fish storing freezer on the property! 3 freezers were enough to store over 100 lbs of fillets, 6 boxes of chum, 4 boxes of sardines, misc bait and all of our food in the kitchen freezer. Basically what I am getting at is this place is set up for the serious fisherman. Also my wife and kids swam in the heated pool while I was out fishing everyday with my brothers! We will be back for sure!!

We traveled to Marathon Island to spend Thanksgiving away from home. It was me, my husband, son, my brother-in-law and his family of five. When we pulled up to the house, we couldn't believe that it was all ours for the week! I mean this place is like MTV Cribs.
The adults had two separate large bedrooms with our own bathrooms and Tv's. We also had a balcony and great view of the bay. Beautiful! Across the hall were two additional bedrooms that each had two beds in it and one bathroom. The kids split these rooms up and had a great time with their own TVs and beautiful views of the surrounding homes.
The kids enjoyed the basketball court and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a small maintance issue with a door which was quickly resolved by a super friendly maintenance man. He was quick and very helpful.
We were so surprised with the size of house, property, pool area and fishing dock. The pictures don't do this wonderful oasis justice. We took a nap in the hammock, fished, saw lobsters right by our water walkway and hung out.
The kitchen was perfect and there was a large table that accomdated all 8 of us. We cooked steaks, fish, made drinks and enjoyed spending time with our family. The balcony off the living room was fantastic! We sat there every night watching the sunset and talking.
We plan on coming back to this place and I would highly recommend this house. Have fun! -

My husband and I have stayed several times with our friends in this house. Our last stay was our 30th wedding anniversary. We redid our vows on the property.> It's so relaxing to unwind. With the pool right there and the fishing dock what else could you ask for. This location is great for friends get-togethers, family vacations or business retreats.
I would highly recommend this property. -

We had our family reunion in the Keys, and we ended up renting 2 houses on ave F, to be able to fit the entire group of 21 people. Everyone gathered at this house, though, to relax on the balconies, sit around the living room, cook & grill together, and use the pool area. The pictures don't come close to the real thing! There is a tremendous amount of space, and we never felt crowded. If you want to be around others and enjoy the amenities, you can. But if you want a little bit of solitude, it's easy to find. Spacious wrap-around balconies everywhere, with comfy seating. Hammocks and places to relax. You can even come home after a day out at the beach or fishing, and go straight to your room to freshen up or relax without having to see anyone first, because the main living area is at the top level. Convenient location to everything, especially if you have a boat or enjoy fishing. The local businesses that rent kayaks and bikes and boats all know the place and will drop off your rental for you. You have access to CocoPlum beach and tennis courts. The day we were packing to leave, dolphins were playing in the canal just off the living room balcony. We wished they had come sooner. Easy and friendly check-in/check-out. We would rent again, if we had a need for 4 bedrooms.
