Welcome to our beautiful Florida Keys vacation rental luxury home we call, Orchid Villa, located on the water with full sunset views, 3 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical trees and flowers with a private gate from the street and winding drive to this vacation rental home. Orchid Villa consists of the Main Estate, a Pool Cabana which is connected to the Main Estate by a breezeway; PLUS, a 2 bedroom Guest Cottage with its own swimming pool, for a total of 5800 sq. ft. of living space. Orchid Villa is nestled in a Florida Keys' natural wood hammock where we have our very own butterfly garden with f...lowers and native fruit trees for our winter and local songbirds. On the water side of this FL Keys luxury vacation rental, you will enjoy watching our Keys' water birds and the sunset views to celebrate another wonderful day in the Florida Keys.

* Separate bait freezer. Four TV's with satellite service including movie channels. DVD/CD players. High speed wireless internet. Free US long distance phone service. Both washers and dryers, one located in the Main House and the other in the Guest Cottage, include laundry detergent. Soaps at all sinks plus kitchen soaps, toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. Iron and ironing board. Hair blow dryers. Rentals include linens for bath and bed, plus beach towels. Clean, safe, comfortable Florida Keys rental accommodations.

Orchid Villa rental rates vary by the season and we do give last minute discounts. Property rents as a whole, all 6 bedrooms $5,500 to $12,000 except on a last minute basis, $2,000 to $5,000. Rental for Holidays, Mini Lobster Season $10,000 to $12,000. High Season Rental (January - April and Memorial Day - August) $7,800 - $8,500. Taxes are 12.5%.   This place is out standing! Good location, great layout of the houses. Teenagers were able to use the guest house and the adults could relax. Very nice place. Does need some maintenance work around the main house. Light switches could be labled (so many switches) But over all great place.

  Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a large group!

  We chose Orchid Villa as the location for a family vacation and the perfect place for our wedding. Every member of our family could not believe we had found such a beautiful home for us all to stay. Sunset was just beautiful and the entire family enjoyed going out to the dock to relax and update each other on our adventures of the day. The entire area is peaceful and quiet - just what we all needed! The kitchen is unbelieveable as is the entire house. Our grandkids spent so much time in the pool we thought the were becoming fishes. Highly recommend Orchid Villa - the owners were great to work with. By the end of the week our entire family was hinting they were available for the 5 year anniversary trip. A truly great time and a everlasting memory for all of us!
