Walk to famous Sombrero Beach (just 1 block and a half) from this great family home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, garage.
Open living room, dining and kitchen area. Large screened patio with hot tub overlooking the pool deck. There is pool heat available at an extra charge of $200/wk if paid in advance & $225 on arrival.
This older ground level home is in excellent condition. 75' of deep water dockage with 120 volt electric and water. Fish cleaning table, bait freezer, gas grill. Extra refrigerator in the garage for beer and soda.
Cabinet in garage has high chair, bassinet, walker and stroller for the babies.
