Our home comfortably sleeps 8 GUESTS. A mix of adults and kids but a maximum of 6 ADULTS ONLY.

We rent Saturday to Saturday, ONE WEEK minimum stay but happy to rent you more.

Tie up to our 52-foot dock and you have instant access to the ocean or just two blocks away, is the Vaca Cut and in minutes you are in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our fabulous 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home is first class all the way.

We have 2 (two) large master bedrooms.

FIRST MASTER

The whole top floor of the house, is a very private, 800-square ft, King-size, master bedroom with a five-piece bathroom, a Jacuzzi and bidet. The view from here will blow you away....

It also has a home office with wireless internet, photo copier and fax if you feel the need to take your work with you while on vacation don’t worry as your desk faces a fabulous view of the Ocean and pool so you won’t be missing out on a minute of the fun.

Huge windows facing out onto the ocean, will give you the feeling that you are on a cruise ship.

This room has a TV and sound system.

SECOND MASTER

This room has two queen-size beds dressed in grass skirts, Hawaiian linens and its own private, four-piece bath. It is a very large room 20 x 30 so you will not feel cramped at all. It is PERFECT for a set of parents and 2 young children and has a TV for your enjoyment.

THIRD BEDROOM

This is a queen bedroom, with hand painted walls with the lyrics of an old Jimmy Buffet song, a Frog in a Coconut Tree. It also has its own private bath 4 pc bathroom and TV.

SO POUR YOURSELF a cold one.

Float in our heated pool, or lounge under the shade of a 40 yr old sea grape tree and watch the boats go by, the pelicans at play and celebrate the sunset.

Once the sun does go down, relax watching a movie on our home cinema and 55 inch Smart TV with a premium cable package and great Yamaha sound system.

If you are truly blessed a manatee may come by to say hello or 6 to 12 dolphins will play less than 15 ft from the dock....entertaining you while they chase schools of fish.

The ocean is less than 50 ft from your backdoor and there is nothing to block your view till you reach Cuba, 90 miles directly across.

OUR MILLION DOLLAR home is furnished and outfitted accordingly. Our kitchen has all the tools of the trade. Great dishes and glassware. Separate dining room inside, and dining area pool side with gas barbecue. Bait freezer on the side of the house, fish table and a great patio.

Our home is SIMPLY OUTSTANDING, we have spared no cost to making sure it is filled with the very best of everything for you to enjoy.

OUR HOME IS IDEALLY SUITED FOR 3 COUPLES, 6 adults maximum, but can legally and comfortably sleep 2 additional children. You will absolutely not go wrong booking with us. I guarantee you will want to come back again and again.

  Just spent the Christmas Holiday in Marathon and the Sullivan home was fantastic. The views are incrediable and the house has everything you might need. We had six people and it was way more than just comfortable. I will be back as soon as time allows. Thanks again for a truely wonderful Christmas, I really do not know how it could have been better.

  Relaxation

  I have to say, I have never spent a more relaxing seven days in my life. Your home was peaceful and quiet and warm and relaxing. I don't mean just warm in air temperature; I mean warm in the feeling of being at "home". From the start to the end everything was handled with such professionalism. That is very important when you are dealing with someone you do not even know online. I think the thing I liked the best was waking up in morning in that wonderful bedroom upstairs and going to those windows and just gazing outside into nothing but blue skies, a blue ocean and a blue pool!! Oh how I hated going home. Even though we hated even going anywhere, we did manage to go to the dolphin research center. We also took a drive to Key West, and spent the afternoon at Sonomo Beach. That was a lovely beach. Just beautiful and really clean. Everything was perfect. I know our honeymoon was a few years late, but it was worth the wait.
  Thank so much for making out stay so perfect. You truly have a wonderful home and such beautiful property. I will never forget those warm, tropical breezes!!

  Wow Kate...what a great week we had at your home...the house could not have been nicer and we felt so comfortable and relaxed all week. We had a hard time leaving the patio we enjoyed ourselves so much...It was nice to find your home was exactly as you advertised.
  Our children were in the pool constantly and watching the pelicans dance on the water and the different boats go bye was so much fun.
  We fished off the dock and caught lots of fish. We had a mentee come one day and that was a real treat.

  I wrote a review in your guest book at the house but I just wanted to write you to let you know what a wonderful time we had again at your home. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better weather.
  We love the why you have out fitted the house. We feel treated like we are family when we are at your home...wonderful furnishings, wonderful dishes and glasses and all we need in the kitchen.
  We are staying at Calini Beach in Sarasota Florida this week in a very nice condo but what a difference between you place and this one in regards to kitchen supplies...You have spoiled us with your place.
  Saturday morning as we were preparing to leave we had two Dolphins right in front of your dock frolicking in the water...it was too cute.
