The Kids will enjoy playing in the sand, and the adults will enjoy watching the ocean. Plus, you will definitely see lots of wildlife and the fishing is wonderful.

The Kids will enjoy playing in the sand, and the adults will enjoy watching the ocean. Plus, you will definitely see lots of wildlife and the fishing is wonderful.
The home is perfect for multi-families vacation, couples getaways and for anybody just looking to hang out enjoy the a extraordinarily beautiful location in the florida Keys. The Islands of Marathon provide the best of the Keys. You are close enough to Key West for day trip, you have the best fishing of any Key due to the currents flows, and the diving is second to none. We are also close to Pennekamp if a day trip there is desired.
The home is absolutely perfect for family reunions and couples looking to just get away.

Casa de Ivy was a wonderful retreat for us. We had an absolutely great time. The house, the backyard, the amenities at the house were awesome. We were able to go fishing, snorkeling, use the campfire pit, play outside games and use the pool. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous and the area were appealing and so quiet. We really lucked out on this place. The house inside was beautiful. The owner was so accommodating and got back to you right away with any answers. Thanks for an awesome stay at Casa de Ivy.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and so relaxing. It was the perfect setting for my family and my sister's family to enjoy our time together. The home was newly decorated & beautifully appointed with lovely balinese type furniture. The location was central to the Keys. Easy access to Key west, but not too far away from the main land. It was serene & beautiful with lots of adventures to pick from either north or south of Marathon. The Ocean & especially the lagoon setting were tranquility plus. I especially liked the widows walk balcony @ the very top. What a wonderful view to watch the sunrise. Exceptional place for a get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa De Ivy! We had four families staying in the house and we all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was spectacular with its views of the gulf and we loved the huge island for dining. We spent most of our day lounging by the and most of our evenings enjoying the fantastic lanai off the kitchen. Kids enjoyed playing in the sand by the water and there were quite a few intense volleyball matches at the sand volleyball court. There are two master suites which was nice and all of the 4 bathrooms have huge tile showers (no bath tubs in the house tho.) The kids loved the outside shower! Our only concerns while we were there were for the crocodile we saw swimming off the pier...yikes! And there were a couple tiles on the bottom step in the pool that a few people cut their foot on but Brad assured me those will be fixed soon. We usually stay in Fort Myers Beach FL and the only thing we missed was the walking along the beach. If I could pick up Casa De Ivy and put it on a bigger beach we would stay there every time. If we return to Key Largo though we will definitely be contacting Brad to stay at Casa De Ivy again. It is truly a home away from home!

I am glad you had a great trip. I have fixed the tiles on the bottom step of the pool - sorry for the cut, but I am sure all future guests will now be appreciative.
As for the croc - they are native. They only swim at night and there has never been an attack in all of Florida history. They only eat fish. You could think of the sighting like a safari with out the cost. In fact - I have never seen one at the house. The are the endangered species list and there only a few left.

Immaculate, updated, gorgeous home in a perfect setting! Look no further, it is so spacious for a big party but cozy and comfortable just as well for a small group. Beautiful grounds with sensational views of the ocean, heated pool, plenty of towels, lounge chairs and tables for a great time. This is a true winner! Our 4th time coming to the Keys and we'll definitely be back to this property. This is the second time we are dealing with the same owner and it is just a pleasure to deal with. Immediate response and super friendly people. Highly recommend it !
