There is a lifeguard and kiddies pool. Las Golondrinas has a private gate, which leads to one of Marbella's most beautiful beaches. Martina Review:
Ultan and attracta's apartment exceeded our expectations. It's large clean and spacious. The apartment complex is very safe and has lots of other Irish & English families. The kids had an absolute ball and really enjoyed themselves. Everything is in walking distance and I would highly recommend El Laurel restaurant on the beach 5 minutes away. -

We booked our airport pick up on Ultan's recommendation with Felix's Taxi Service which took all the drama out of driving on Spanish roads. Kids made lots of friends and really enjoyed themselves. Great place for a family holiday.

The location is very convenient with shops and beach restaurants a 10 minute stroll at the most. Our favorite beach restaurant was the El Laurel. The apartment was very comfortable and we spent quiet a lot of time reading and chilling out. We had some issues with kitchen appliance but they were replaced within 24 hours. Also due to a mix up on our part we were late for our rendezvous with the apartment manager. She was very accommodating in rescheduling.
The complex was very quiet however that suited us as we wanted a rest. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you looking for a quite break with the man in your life!

I just returned from a 12 day holiday at this fabulous apartment. I traveled to Marbella with my 2 teenagers and my mother. Ultan provided me with a contact in Malaga to transport us from the airport to the resort. Felix (or driver) arrived in a Mercedes SUV, loaded our luggage and whisked us off to the coast (a short 25 min. trip). A blessing after traveling overnight!!! Upon arrival, We were greeted by the resort manager who gave us a tour of the complex, provided us with information about the surrounding area, and answered all questions that the adults, and children posed. The apartment was large, airy and was well equipped with linens, kitchen implements,and everything that we might need for our extended stay. At Ultan's suggestion, after resting from our trip, we spoke with the concierge of the resort who arranged for a rental car to be delivered to the facility. There was on site parking and the rental agency also retrieved the car when we were finished with our stay. The concierge also booked our trip to Tangiers, Morocco. (again, one of Ultan's many good recommendations). The resort had a market and many restaurants within walking distance (close). We were 500 yds from the Mediterranean, and the garden , pool and resident restaurant was impeccably clean, safe, and filled with good people who took great care of our family. The highway system of Southern Spain made independent travel to the many sites a breeze..even though none of my travel party speaks Spanish! Most of the people we encountered of the Coast speak fluent English which was a plus! This apartment would be a wonderful idea for anyone planning a trip to the Costa del Sol. We will definitely try to return and will plan to stay in this same apartment next trip!

We had an amazing holiday. There was so much to do within walking distance of the apartment.
The beaches were fab and there were plenty of great places to eat close by.
Mostly though, the highlight of staying here was the relaxation. Perfect weather and beautiful surroundings made this holiday one to remember. -

We had a wonderful time in Ultan's apartment in Marbella in June 2009. We have a teenage son and a young daughter and who both had plenty to do and the adults had ample opportunity to relax and enjoy the sunshine. As a self employed person it was important for me to have a space to do the odd bit of work which I had. It's great to have your own space but also feel like you are staying in a hotel complex with all the services like pool, restaurant etc. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and well presented and our contact in Marbella was very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend this property for any type of holiday from a family holiday to romantic break for two.

It is a very well laid out apartment on the first floor with easy access by stairs or lift.
It is within 5 minutes walk to the Nikki beach which has plenty of restaurants and beach activities. It is a similar distance from Santa Maria Golf Club with numerous other golf clubs close by. The apartment is nestled in a quiet oasis of calm set in well maintained tropical gardens. The apartment is very well equipped. You should be able to walk everywhere as there are a large variety of beach restaurants, pubs, supermarkets within minutes of the apartment. We would definitely consider a return visit. -

Home from home, beautiful spacious apartment, fully equipped, very close to supermarkets and cafes without being in the middle of them. Walking distance to the beach (3 minutes)and would highly recommend it for a holiday anytime.

Hi Ultan & Attracta, Thanks for a great holiday in your apartment. We’ll be back! Couldn’t get over the amenities within minutes of the apartment, even the teenagers enjoyed themselves with so much to do – tennis, beach, golf, the pool and beachside restaurants. The location was great for planning trips to Morocco, Cadiz, Seville and Tarifa.

Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 weeks with our young kids and teenagers. We loved the apartment. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, which we felt was a plus feature. There are two bathrooms, one is ensuite in the master bedroom. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard. The grounds are set in tropical gardens with gated 24 security and a pool life guard.
The grounds are very well maintained with two pools, one for adults and the other for kids and toddlers. The complex has automatic entrance gates, the underground parking has automatic doors. We felt very safe here and the kids and teenagers all enjoyed themselves!

Mr. Bannon's apartment is a fantastic faimly home away from home. It is spacious,(we have a family of six), clean, modern and has a great kitchen if you like to cook. The complex where it is situation is wonderful. It has 24/7 security, a great family pool, restaurant, tropical gardens and a mix of european nationalities who are friendly and fun. We are going back in August this year (hopefully). The apartment is two minutes from a beautiful sandy beech which has excellent Spanish restaurants. The five star Don Carlos Hotel is a great venue to have a late night drink and enjoy spanish music, sitting on the veranda admiring the sea views.
