A superbly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second-floor apartment very near to the best beach in Marbella and the Las Dunas de Carib Playa National Park. Finished in 2005 to a high standard, this spacious 3-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms and a usually quiet terrace overlooking the Artola 9-hole golf course, with views to the sea, and all the facilities needed to make your self-catering rental comfortable and enjoyable.
Driving into the underground car-park, using the supplied remote control, park your car in the reserved space before taking the lift up to the apartment.
Entering the apartment into the hallway, there is a wel...l-equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Through the kitchen, there is a utility room with washing machine.
Continuing past the kitchen, on the right is the spacious lounge/dining-room - the dining table is suitable for 8 when unfolded and the lounge features two sofas with a fireplace and 28" LCD TV which has BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and ITV2 as well as German, French and Spanish digital channels. There is a DVD player and radio with a large selection of DVDs.
The lounge leads onto the terrace, which overlooks the community grounds and the 9 hole golf-course belonging to the Artola hotel (approximate cost 10 Euros per round). A sea-view is available to the right through the trees.
The terrace features a sofa and two chairs with coffee table, and a large Weber gas barbecue allowing al fresco dining in style. A separate dining table can be unfolded, and plenty of chairs are provided.
The Master bedroom leads off the end of the hallway, and also has a doorway onto the terrace. It has a dressing room with spacious wardrobes as well as a king-size bed, 22" TV/DVD and on-suite facilities including bath, thermostatic shower, bidet,WC and sink.
Two further bedrooms lead off the hallway, both have two single beds each. The smaller bedroom allows guests to fold one bed under the other to make a spacious single bedroom. It also features a video games-playing station with Playstation 2 and 22" TV/DVD. This can be moved anywhere in the apartment if necessary.
At the end of the hallway is the main shower-room featuring double sinks and a shower-cubicle as well as the WC.
The apartment building is surrounded by well-kept gardens and has a large swimming pool and childrens pool.
Air-conditioning/Heating is included in the rental price - not charged extra as is often the case. Wifi connection to the Internet is a chargeable extra.

Meson del Pueblo -Village Inn (Distance 700m ) Barbeque specialists. Tourist flamenco shows.
Rancho Grill (Distance 800m) Specializes in meat dishes. Very popular with Spanish businessmen at lunchtime. Good value fixed price menu.
Mandarin Chinese (Distance 900m) There is a wide range of Asian restaurants within a short distance of the apartment, but this is the closest and operates a restaurant and takeaway service.
Simbad El Marino (Distance 1 Km) Spanish, fish is fresh and the fish is chosen from the fish counter before cooking. Popular with locals.
Da Bruno Italian (Distance 1.2Km) This popular restaurant was visited by Victoria and David Beckham. It serves a wide variety of pizza, pasta and classical Italian dishes.
Restaurante Club Doscientos (Distance 1.3 Km) Literally next to the sea at high tide, there is a nightclub attached which is open in the evenings. Spanish cuisine.
Alberts (Distance 1.4 km) British mainly, excellent for breakfasts and lunches, especially Sunday roast. Try the lobster if you are feeling rich.
El Puerto (Distance 1.4km) Spanish, smart fish restaurant at the side of the port with views over port and beach.
Papillon (Distance 1.7 Km) Next to beach, serves a wide range of International cuisine.
La Hacienda (Distance 2.5 Km) Short taxi ride away. A wonderful place for special occasions with an innovative tasting menu.
Beach House, Elviria (Distance 5Km) Short taxi ride away for special occasions, setting and food is superb especially at sunset.
