Description

It is 5 star luxury, front-line golf, 2 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment near Marbella, Puerto Banus, and local towns of Cancelada, San Pedro and Estepona. It is a couple of minutes drive to the beach and shops.

It is located on the exclusive Los Flamingos Golf with its two championship golf courses, luxurious 6 star Villa Padierna Hotel and Spa and there are wonderful views of the sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and North African coast and mountains from the apartment.

It is fully air conditioned/heated, with a huge 80 square metre, 50'

(18 metre) long private south facing, all day sun, terrace (but with a shaded area too) that leads to the swimming pool. There is ample alfresco dining furniture and sunbeds and rattan sofa area outside Master bedroom.

If you have children it is perfect as you can sunbathe on the terrace whilst able to keep an eye the children in the pool, from the garden. However the terrace is gated to stop little ones wandering out to the pool area. There is also a pretty kitchen terrace.

The lounge is contemporary yet comfortable with a feature fireplace and WiFi. There's a 58" TV with hundreds of British and International channels, a dedicated film channel with the latest movies, and Sky and BT Sports.

The Designer kitchen is spacious with full oven, dishwasher, washing machine, mocrowave etc.

The two bedrooms both have en-suites which are elegant. The master bedroom has a 42" TV and the bathroom has a huge wall-to-wall shower and bath.

The guest bedroom is in a modern french theme with lovely en suite.

It 's a luxurious, contemporary ground floor apartment in a great position – in a quiet location, but only 2 minutes drive from restaurants, bars and the beach on the prestigious Los Flamingos complex. The Tee 5 complex we are on, won First Prize "gold", in the prestigious Homes Overseas Awards for BEST SPANISH APARTMENT. Also the Obamas stayed in the hotel Villa Padierna, which is directly across the golf course from our apartment . They could have stayed anywhere in the world but chose Los Flamingos.

Also based on exceptional guest reviews and an impressive listing, our apartment has been recognized with a "Top Rental Property" award by Flipkey / Trip Advisor. This exclusive honour was awarded to a very select group of vacation rental owners based on reviews from past guests. Additionally, we were "Rated Excellent".
