This picture is from the private pool on the very private roof terrace of the luxury penthouse. It is in Los Granados Playa, a modern complex situated right on the beach on the “New Golden Mile”, between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona. The pool area has 6 sun beds and dining table. The views over the beach and the ocean is very special: You feel you are on the top of it all. You can see everything, nobody can see you. Side-walls prevent insight from neighbors; only access to the private pool area is from the apartment.

    The property is right on the beach, as you will see from the pictures. The beach is long and sandy, never crowded and perfect for swimming, water sports and long walks. Parking is either outside the apartment or in the underground parking close to the eleveator that takes you to the apartment.
    Its a well run and well kept community with 24 hours security.

    The rates include linens, towels, beach towels, change/cleaning of apartment weekly and on departure, electricity, internet, free use of gym, tennis, padle tennis etc. No extras. Heating of private pool is also included.

      Private pool overlooking the Mediterranean

      Left on 08/28/2012 for a stay in August 2012

      Penthouse with private pool on the roof made our vacation extremely relaxing. Our family of four spent hours on the roof every day. Very clean and well furnished, with beautiful flowerboxes on both levels. The larger community pool was never crowded and provided an alternative for more active swimming. This area of the costa is less developed than others, so the beach is not crowded. We enjoyed walking to nearby beach restaurants for lunch.

      This was the first time I've rented a place in Europe and this condo was fantastic! Clean, well furnished and stunning views of Mediterranian and africa. The private pool was literally the cherry on top. The private pool was also heated; the 2 pools in the complex were not. Location was good. Close to supermarkets and a few restaurants but also very private and peaceful.
