Located on the award winning Tee 5 development within the exclusive Los Flamingos Golf Resort with its two Championship golf courses, a third executive course and the luxurious 5 star Villa Padierna Hotel and Spa, regularly voted one of the top hotels in the world and now the choice of the Obama family. The Spa has to be seen to be believed and makes the perfect location for golf, relaxation, fine dining and blissful pampering.

From the apartment there are stunning views to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and North Africa. Tee 5 is set back from the main coast road in a quite enclave where jacoranda and cypresses line the roads around the... resort. Within a gated community Tee 5 has two wonderful infinity pools, tropical gardens with a mediterranean twist and is just the most wonderful place to chill out.

The location is near to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the local towns of Cancelada, San Pedro and Estepona. It is only a couple of minutes drive to the beaches, numerous restaurants, raquet club and the mountains behind.

Our Spanish home takes full advantage of the picturesque surroundings. It is front-line golf, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in an elevated 2nd floor position. With two large, separate terrace gardens you will really be able to take advantage of the outdoor living that is so typically Spanish. One terrace has a large covered area which has built in spotlights creating a stunning living area. Here you can relax on comfortable furniture and retreat from the sun. Once the sun has dropped behind the mountains illuminate the terrace and enjoy. Adjoining is a large outdoor dining area and takes full advantage of the stunning views.

The sun terrace is a very large area, and as the name suggests, is a real sun trap. Not to worry though, it has a very large parasol to give you some shade. Here there is another dining area, sun beds and yet another seating area with contemporary 'Emu' furniture - the perfect place for a 'sundowner' overlooking the 5th green of Los Flamingos and the 18th of the brilliant Alfrini course. Both terraces have many trees, palms and flowers giving that real Mediterranean feel and have the advantage of overlooking the pool area.

Inside it is really difficult to tell where the indoor and outdoor space starts and finishes.

The main living area is a contemporary open plan L shaped design with imported Italian furniture with a modern feature fireplace. Virtually all the walls out onto the terrace are glazed with large sliding doors. The whole area floods with light and, because of the elevated position, we are blessed with cooling breezes.

The designer kitchen is complemented with granite work surfaces and Smeg appliances. This very contemporary area has everything you need for wonderful dining and long sunny lunches.

The two bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms and are fitted out to the same high standards with large walk in showers and underfloor heating. The master bathroom features an oval jacuzzi bath set into a recess. Again large glazed doors allow for stunning views and you can simply stroll out onto the terraces. They both benefit from plenty of wardrobe space and numerous drawers.

The whole apartment is air conditioned to cool you down in the summer and, if needed, to warm you in the winter, but then the Costa benefits from over 320 sunny days a year. It is not unusual to lunch on the terrace in January!

  Overall we were very impressed with the apartment - it is in a beautiful, peaceful location with excellent terrace space and is well furnished/equipped. The pool was well-maintained and barely used by other residents. We cooked a lot whilst there and found the kitchen to be well stocked and the appliances excellent. It was also nice that dishwasher tablets/laundry products/food staples etc from previous guests were left in the cupboards for future guests as in previous experience we have had to buy everything ourselves on arrival. Our only minor complaints would be that the sun loungers on the terrace were very worn and not usable (although there was plenty of comfortable seating anyway) and the apartment had not been left quite as clean as we would have expected. Nothing that affected the enjoyment of our stay in any way though. We wouldn't hesitate to re-book or recommend a stay at this apartment in the future.

  Many thanks for your kind comments. In respect to the sun loungers we have now purchased new ones for the apartment. The old ones had been affected be the sun and elements and did need replacing. Since your visit we have recently redecorated and there are some editions to the furniture inside as well. In regards to the cleanliness this is a rare complaint. However, I will be talking to Pauline about this.

  This was the first time we have rented an apartment for a holiday and the experience could not have been better. Stuart made the whole process very simple and straightforward; he described the apartment in detail so we knew what to expect and talked through all we could do in the area to make the most of our stay. It was very comforting to know that Pauline was "on call" should we have a problem once there. The apartment is perfectly designed, spacious, light and very comfortable with a very homey feel about and the two large terraces overlooking the resort golf courses are just great to relax. This an ideal place for a golfer who likes quiet surroundings.

  We have spent a wonderful time in this vacation home. The apartment is spacious for a family of four, the design is smart and overall very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrasse with the outstanding views and in the nice smimming pool . The region is beautiful and there is so much to do.

  We have been visiting the area for several years now, but this appartment is certainly the nicest we have seen. The pictures are nice, but do not show how great the appartment is!
  
  The week that we stayed was way too short and we will certainly return next year. In fact, we recommended the place to a friend and he and his wife booked as well.
  
  We were informed up front that the washing machine broke down, but Pauline solved that in a correct way.
  All in all a great appartment for a perfect getaway!

  We stayed the first two weeks of March at Los Flamingos and really enjoyed our stay. We've booked another two weeks in april this year: this says it all!!

  This is a gorgeous apartment, from the moment you walk in you feel at home, beautifully furnished, stunning views, great balconies, and wonderful location.
  
  One of the nicest apartments I have stayed in on vacation anywhere, I couldn't fault it, the community is beautifully kept, the neighbours friendly, and the service from the agent if needed was first class.
  
  I spent 2 wonderful weeks here as a single father with two teenagers and we all had the most fantastic time, they are talking about next year already, highly recommended for a relaxing, first class stay.
  
  If you are a golfer the courses are great too.

  The apartment was absolutely stunning. The facilities were absolutely first class. The separate balconies were super. The privacy the apartment had was good. It was very quite. The views from the apartment were amazing. The pool was a great attraction for the kids and the adults.   My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the Los Flamingos resort. Based on the reviews and web description, it sounded amazing and we really had our hopes up and when we arrived it didnt disappoint! I loved the contemporary style and the open plan layout. The terraces were fantastic and we did a lot of outside dining/drinking! We had a couple of friends join us for the last couple of days of our stay and there was ample room for 4 adults, (although the second bedroom is a twin room). The pool was beautiful and very quiet and the views over the golf course superb. We played on the course one day and really enjoyed it, even though its a pretty tough course! We would definitely go back.

  We stayed her for 2 weeks and couldn't fault anything about the appartment.It is beautifully furnished to the highest of standards as well as being comfortable & spacious.All the rooms have access to the large terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day.It has fantastic views from the terraces over the golf course to the Villa Padierna Hotel with the sea in the distance.It was very peaceful & overlooks the amazing pool which was never busy & usually empty.
  
  It is a great location with lots of lovely restaurants & a couple of supermarkets within a short drive but would definitely recommend having a car as restaurants are probably beyond casual walking distance.Would definitely stay here again in the future.

  Wow! Just returned from a fabulous week at Tee 5, Los Flamingos! It had been many years since we had been to Southern Spain and so were not sure how developed it would be but we loved the loved the peace and quiet and exclusitvity of this development. The apartment really is a home from home with everything that you need for a luxury break!
  
  The apartment is furnished to an incredibly high spec, fully airconditioned and with all mod cons. Plus, the owners have really set this up for outdoor living. There are two wonderful terraces, both of which have comfy seating areas and dining areas with fabulous views over the 5th Tee towards the Ritz Carlton's Villa Padierna Hotel (where Mrs. Obama recently stayed) and over one of Tee 5's pools. You can see the sea from the balconies and, on a clear day, you can see Gibraltar. This is an exclusive development, with very few of the apartments available for rent. As such, the pool was never crowded and on one day, we were the only people using it!!
  
  A car is essential as there are no restaurants within walking distance. Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive or Eur 20 in a taxi.

  Apartamento de lujo con todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables, parking con acceso directo al departamento, no se asusten porque esté en la 1ra planta el apartamento tiene excelentes vistas, 2 terrazas independientes muy cómodas y bien equipadas que permiten comer, desayunar, tomar el sol, leer, etc. La piscina es muy agradable y permite momentos de relax. Está cercano a Puerto Banús, Marbella, Estepona, así cómo a supermercados (Mercadona y Carrefour). Playa cercana con facilidad de aparcamiento (Chiringuito La antigua). Es imprescindible el coche para moverse.
