This is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with an open plan living room/dinning room, kitchen and outdoor terrace. Recently furnished the apartment feels very spacious and its big windows make it bright and airy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-through-wardrobe leads to the en suite bathroom complete with power shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment, has two single beds with an option to use a third sliding out bed. Next door to this room is the second bathroom, also with power shower. I stayed here in May with my boyfriend and it was such a wonderful experience. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with such a homely feel. We enjoyed many nights curled up on the sofa drinking a bottle of wine and relaxing in this authentic Spanish style holiday rental. Such a short walk to the supermarket the location was ideal. It was also less than a 10 minute walk to the port in Puerto Banus so this was such an excellent find. We would definitely go back and stay here and the communal grounds were tidy and in excellent condition. A perfect place to go with a partner, friends or the family.

Great apartment. It is about 3km from the beach with quite hilly streets to negotiate. Marbella is a ten euro cab ride away.A supermarket is at the bottom of the complex with a number of restaurants close by. There is no undercover parking but the street parking was acceptable and we experienced no problems. This apartment has a/c but it is very noisy. Bus excursions to Seville etc start at a local hotel about 1 km away at 0600 hrs so be prepared for early starts

We stayed here for a week during the Summer, and its just a lovely apartment in a really great friendly complex. It has a really nice authentic feel to it. You really feel like your in Spain! The rooms and beds were very comfy, and the living room with big TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of Sun! It's all kept very clean and tidy also.The communal swimming pool is huge and with loads of beds, so we never had problems finding a sun lounger! It's only 10 minutes walk away from the bustling bars and restaurants and beaches of Puerto Banus, but far away enough to be very quiet and peaceful at night. There's a great Italian restaurant right next door, plus a big supermarket and cafe (with internet access) right next door! Great for families, or even a group of friends like us, we hope to be going back soon! It was our first time in Marbella, and we loved it!
