The apartment is located in a peaceful urbanisation in the hills of Los Monteros (alt 260 mtrs). It is a 6 minutes drive to the beaches and 10 minutes to Marbella centre and a shopping mall. From the very large ( 75 m2) south-facing terrace there is a magnificent view of the Mediteranean - and on a clear day - Africa. The apartment is a 6 minute drive from the coast road up the hill. Therefore it is very quiet but within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and nightlife. There is a secure covered carpark with remote control. From the carpark it is a 1 minute walk to the apartment. There are no cars driving in the urbanisation.

This apartment in Marbella was so much more than we had hoped for. The home was fully stocked with everything you need: lots of kitchen necessities, toys for the kids, etc. Plenty of space. The apartment was kept very clean and the communal grounds were well maintained. The large communal pool was a big hit with the kids!
We visited Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Ronda and Malaga. The area is well worth exploring.
The location was great, quiet and yet close to everything. The view from the terrace is amazing!
