Central aircon .Marble floors throughout.One double bed and 6 singles.Sleeps 8 in comfort.Powerful showers and lashings of hot water.Two en-suite bedrooms.T.V with DVD player.Dine inside or out.Towels, linens, and beach towels provided.Electric oven with gas hob.Parking for 2 cars in basement.There is a safe.There is also 24 hour security guards.

This is a mature affluent quiet location.The beach is a 5 minute walk south of the apartment and shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. north.There is a bus stop at shops.Also Pharmacy, Doctor,2 banks, supermarket,Hair dresser etc.There are many golf courses nearby and this building overlooks the Guadalmina Course to the east.(27 holes,tennis pool, driving range ).A car is not required for beach or shops, but would be required for golf.(or 5 mins in taxi).
There are 2 parking spaces in basement. Puerto Banus is 10 mins by taxi and Marbella old town 15 mins.San Pedro town with many restaurants is 5 mins by car. North Africa and Gibraltar can be seen from the beach. * NOTE . GOOGLE MAPS IS HAVING TROUBLE PIN-POINTING OUR APARTMENT;

I spent the winter and spring of 2010 / 2011 in Peter and Catherine's place in Marbella.I found it very relaxing.It is a well managed development within a beautiful neighbourhood.I played golf on deserted golf courses , and had long walks on quiet beaches.One can easily walk along the beach to the beautiful Guadalmina hotel.There are shops , bookstore, banks, supermarket within a short walk.The nearby town of San Pedro is only 15 mins walk away.
I got a special rate from the owners for a long let as they prefer to have the place occupied over the winter.The apartment has everything required , including heating.Highly recommended.

I stayed in Peter and Catherine's apartment on a golfing holiday with four other golfers.The apartment is ideally located close to many golf courses and we found atalaya particularly good value.
The apartment itself is well kept and spacious.It has three bathrooms which is helpful when all are rushing out in the evening.It is dual aspect, with all four bedrooms opening onto a balcony.
The underground carpark is safe and handy ,as you can leave golf clubs in the car always,and there is an elevator to your apartment door.There are good restaurants nearby.Just a short walk.
This place is excellent value for a group of golfers.Will definitely rent again.

We stayed as part of two families with children and there was room for everyone. It was a very cost effective way for families to travel. There were parking spaces for two cars in the garage, and excellent motorway connections.
Everything was provided including a beach mat, beach towels and shopping trolley ! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. There are three bathrooms each with powerful showers , just what is required after a day on the beach. There are also good restaurants nearby.
Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here twice and found it to be excellent.We used it as a beach holiday, and as a touring base to see andalusia.We went as far as Cordoba.
The apartment has it all.Plenty of space ,airconditioning, sunny terrace, good bedrooms and shops nearby. Would rent again.
