Description from the owner
A traditional style Spanish villa with marble and hardwood floors. There are four good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs is open plan with one double bedroom and bathroom. Also on this level is a den/office with desk and Epson printer. The den has a 2nd TV set with DVD player and Wii console. This makes the room ideal for a family with younger children as they can use the area as a playroom or TV lounge. There is a sofa and office chair here also.
The villa is air-conditioned. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment there are two satellite systems one Astra, one Irish Sky connected to a Samsung 3D home cinema...Read more

This villa is very well appointed, with everything you need for a home away from home. The highlight is the beautiful garden and pool which is a lovely suntrap and not overlooked. Inside is very spacious with 4 good bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and large open plan living/dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped. Only two minutes walk from a great bar/restaurant and a few more minutes to the supermarket. Amazing market held on Saturdays - two minutes walk away. Approx 15 mins walk downhill or two minutes in a taxi to the port area. Great for groups or families.

Had a fabulous stay in Sept 2011. Villa was central, spacious and more than accommodated our extended family of 6. We all enjoyed the private pool and relaxing on the sun loungers. There is a nice seated terrace area which we used for sun breaks and a bite to eat. The villa has ample indoor entertainment such as Sky Tv, dvd, Wii console and Ipod docking station which kept the adults and teenagers entertained.
Great location if you don't want the burden of a car, but want some peace and quiet while still being in the hub of amenities and services Puerto Banus and Nueva andalusia provides. Within easy 5 min walking distance to a range of restaurants/bars in Puerto Banus and a 10 min walk to some great restaurants in Nueva andalusia. Salotto (Italian) and Bistro Gallery (French) provided excellent food, service and value for money. There's a great Indian restaurant, The Welcome Inn which was extremely good value and a must if you like Indian cuisine. Some of the restaurants along the Marina can be a bit pricey but there is so much selection you're spoilt for choice.
There was a local supermarket nearby which we often used to stock up on supplies. The villa is close to the old bull ring which hosts fabulous markets on Saturday's where you can get some great bargains/ gifts or some treats for yourself! The beach is within a 10 min walking distance which we didn't personally use as we had the comfort of the villa to relax but the facilities are there if you desire. Puerto Banus has a host of nightclubs and bars if you like to party which are within a 5-10 min radius.
The Owner, Gerard was very helpful and on hand for any questions or queries during our stay. The villa facilities were fantastic and the location was perfect. Especially suitable for couples and families with children, whether you want to relax at the villa or explore the area, this villa fits the bill.

We rented this villa for two weeks in July 2011, and were very satisfied with everything. It is located in walking distance from downtown Puerto Banus with restaurants and beach, in a very quiet neighbourhood with little traffic.
The pool is great for kids learning to swim (and their parents), the house is spacious even for 4 parents and 5 kids and everything in the house worked perfectly.
Everything was in order when we arrived, and the communication with the owner was great before, during and after the stay.
We had two great weeks and can recommend this villa! -

We enjoyed the home, which was neat and clean. What you see on the internet is what you get. Loction ws perfect as we were within walking distace to beach as well as shops. Our teenagers can not wait to go back.
