Description
“Villa Candella En La Colina“
As you approach the villa along the 300m long drive way you soon realise you are entering a lovely secluded private villa with magnificent views of the Coast and mountains. “Candela” is a 10 bedroom villa (20p) built with over 900m2 of living area and 36000m2 of land., in a very exclusive area in EL Madronal, The Property is set over various levels, as you walk in to the entrance area the lounge is to your left side with a passage way to the outside bar and barbecue area and morning breakfast area. as you come back though in to the dining room, you can enter the passage way to the master room and guest double bedroom which is all south facing. Leading from the dining room you enter the well equipped Kitchen, oven micro, 6 burn oven and central breakfast bar. Leave the kitchen you enter the little Bodega (bar) and then in to the main passage way. Turning left you enter the Courtyard with fountain and various seating areas, semi covered, just set off the courtyard is a guest apartment with double bed and bathroom, as you turn right out of the kitchen on you left side is the main guest bedroom wing (“tower” as its on 3 floors) here you have 5 bedrooms, 4 double bedrooms 2 of which can be singles or twins, on the top floor is a twin bed room.
Leaving the property heading down to the pool area, we have a large heated swimming pool with plenty of sun-bathing areas for all guests, lovely Jacuzzi, barbecue with fully equipped operating kitchen and under cover dining area.
Below this area is the pool apartment, which has amazing views of the valley going down towards the sea,
There are 2 guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Lounge/dining area and its own Kitchen with amazing views of the coast.. In the Main house we have an additional Barbecue and outside Bar area with seating for 20 with magnificent views of the sea
The extensive land has many walk ways which you can lose yourself for those quieter moments and appreciate the surrounding area.
Both villas offer are managed 24/7, offering extreme privacy for those wishing to keep away from prying eyes,
We offer maid service, Private Chief and airport collection in our Mercedes MPV carrier.
We offer “security protection if required” for VIP guests, priority bookings in local restaurants/nightclubs etc.
The Villas are suitable for weddings and other functions. We can cater for 32 people in the 16 bedrooms offered.
