The Villa Caprice , charmingly Spanish in style with a distinct Andalusian design, is located in the hills of Marbella in the highly desirable area of the Costa del Sol called Rocio de Nagueles.

The Villa is fully equipped with every amenity one would need and ready to welcome you for a carefree and restful vacation by the sea. Your perfect secluded holiday retreat!

Located just 5 minutes from the famous beaches of the Costa del Sol this lovely Villa Caprice is nestled in the chic neighbourhood of Rocio de Nagueles and offers complete privacy... and serenity, while also being within easy distance of the famous Marbella Club, the yacht harbors of Puerto Banus and the trendy shopping areas that delight the rich and famous. Not to forget the picturesque artisan street market on Saturday at the Nueva Andalucia Bullring. The city center is just a 5 minute drive and so is the enormous shopping mall La Canada.

The highligt of the villa Caprice is certainly the stunning private pool, surrounded by an elegant terrace area and mature gardens full of colorful bougainvilleas and fruit trees.The pool is fully supplied with outdoor lounge furniture, cushions and parasols.This largepool will certainly be the centrepiece of your vacation . BBQ next to pool as well! and a shaded terrace.

The "Villa Caprice " is composed of five bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom called MARISOL has a most comfortable king size bed and is cosily furnished, it is spacious and has a big walk in closet and large bathroom with two sinks, a bidet , a bathtub and shower.

Annex to the Marisol room is a smaller room, the NINA that sleeps two; has 2 single beds and these rooms share the one big bathroom. This is perfectly suited for close friends or parents with their two children.There is an enormous living room with comfortable big couches and a dining area that seats 8 people . There is also a big terrace all around the master living room, there too a marble round table can seat 10 people. Annex to the terrace is a large bar which also offers two comfortable couches and a romantic corner is created there for up to 10 people to either have a meal, or unwind or do some emailing . The magnificent view of the luscious garden can be seen from pretty much every room of the house.

A big kitchen is connected to the master living room and is fully equipped with oven, cooker, dishwasher microwave, mixer/blender , coffee and tea machines . not to forget a washing machine is in this kitchen as well as in the bar. There is a fridge in the bar and in both kitchens.

Then there are three more rooms, each individually located on the eastern wing of the Villa Caprice

The Don QUIXOTE has a king size bed, television, stereo and wi-fi connection. It has like most rooms in this house its own terrace with glass table and chairs and here you can enjoy some solitude and relax , read, take the sun or sit in the shade as well. This DON QUIXOTE sleeps two people but an extra bed can be provided for adult or kid. price per person extra is euro 30

Next to the Don Quixote is the DULCINEA, which is equally as big and has a mirrored cabinet to apply make-up or use as office for your emailing. Here too a comfortable king size bed is waiting for you.

There is a medium sized kitchen with cooker, washing machine, oven and dishwasher, coffee machine and water cooker, If you don't feel like having breakfast on the garden terrace or bar even, there is a small kitchen table that seats 4 people.

One medium sized bathroom is to be shared by the two rooms. It contains a full length bathtub with shower, toilet and sink. Then there is a smaller bathroom to be used by the guests from the CASANOVA down the hall. This is a big room with two single beds that has no terrace, but its own smaller bathroom with toilet, sink and full bath/shower. The entire garden is available for everyone to be used of course. and so is the bar, the terraces and the magnificent pool surrounded by red and purple bougainvillea. Don Quixote and Dulcinea each have their own private terrace overlooking the pool: with round table and four chairs. The ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and or busy beaches.

There is even a children's bed available and if needed two more single beds can be placed in some of the rooms.

Childrens bed is extra euro 15 and adults bed for euro 30 per person

the villa Caprice accommodates 10 people.

Romantic hideaway in the hills of Marbella, 5 minutes from city center and beach.
We recommend clients to rent a car, when they arrive at Malaga airport and bring their own GPS please, as a lot of roads in Marbella are hard to find.

THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS :

This villa is close to the city centre of Marbella and the many beaches on the Costa del Sol. Less than half an hour from artistique street market at the bull ring of Nueva Andalucia , the Puerto Banus and some sweet picturesque mountain villages within half an hours drive.

This villa is basically for rent as a self catered house for up to 10 people maximum - all year round.

Payment condition . 50% of the price should be paid upon signing contract with the owner Xaviera de Vries . either by internet banking or visa or master card payment.
Please let us have your full name and address as well as telephone details. We aslso appreciate your visa or master card number and expiry date
The second 50% of the amount due should be paid in cash to our manager Yuri upon arrival at the villa Caprice.

Please try and keep your bookings starting and ending on a SATURDAY and for minimal one week.
There is a damage deposit required of euro 400 which has to be paid in advance to our manager Yuri and shall be returned upon departure, provided no damage has been done to the property.

  Autumn of 2012 my husband and I were invited to stay at Villa Caprice with our family as I was scheduled to sing at Xaviera's home theater in sunny Marbella. You see, I am a singer of French cabaret and Xaviera organises concerts or theatre shows twice a year for friends and music lovers. What a treat! There must have been 5 bedrooms in this great Villa Caprice where about 10 people can sleep. In addition we came across three bathrooms as well. The house manager Yuri welcomed us with enthusiasm and Theo (the pool boy) showed us around. The villa has all a visitor may wish to use: WiFi, Satellite TV, DVD . ...Our kids loved it and how great it was also for us to relax in the evening after a nice walk on the beach and shopping in town. We dined at the house many a time as the kitchen and service areas (newly renovated) come fully equipped with all things you may need to cook a nice meal. And the fresh Spanish food tastes so good... must be the sun! The highlight of villa Caprice for us was the stunning private pool, surrounded by outdoor lounge furniture, cushions and parasols to escape the sun if need be.
  
  Xaviera and her husband Philip were the best of hosts. We discussed art and music and laughed at so many jokes and stories (Xaviera has many!).
  
  We would love to visit Villa Caprice again! and may even tell our other family members with kids the same age as ours to join us.

  Amidst shiny Marbella lies a hidden gem

  Head away from bustling glitz of Marbella towards the dramatic hills that shadow the town and you are met by bougainvillia flanked windy roads that lead you to the gem that is 'Villa Caprice'. Glitz is immediately replaced with charm and modernity gives way to traditional Spanish architecture. The garden is stunning with a large pool and to say the house is filled with character is an understatement. We loved our stay here and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

  My name is Paul, I am a stylist from Holland and had heard from miss Hollander, the wonder of the Villa Caprice and a good friend of mine in the meantime that she wantend to rent her magnificent villa Caprice in Marbella to a group of say maximum 10 people during the summertime.
  Since my lover and I have lots friends and were in for some fun and sun, we booked her villa for two weeks for 8 people.
  
  What a great time we had, not only was the weather great as usual, but the house is fabulous, all grond Floortje and we all had our own tables and
  chairs, which created enough privacy to be on our own if we felt like it. The wonderful big swimmingpool was super, nicely kept tidy each morning by a fellow dutch man, our poolcleaner Theo, who also helped us with shopping and made a great Indonesian farewell meal for us the night before we left for Holland.
  
  The rooms were great... And some of us who did most of the cooking really enjoyed the big kitchen with every amenity we couple thinking of, the Bbq outside the pool was used at least 3 times a week, romantic little terraces all around the pool and plenty of beachchairs.
  
  Yuri the houseguard and gardener helped us out with Internet tips and explained us how to get the airconditioning starting.
  
  All in all of course the beaches and bars and shops all being quitte close to the villa Caprice were very convenient.
  
  We have meanwhile returned with a smaller group over the new years holidays and still enjoyed the great weather and quietness of Xaviera Hollanders peacefull romantic place, a place we highly recommend to anyone who neerslag to dehaste and enjoy a true vacation!
