Villa situated in Nueva Andalucia, close to the world famous yachting harbour Puerto Banus and close to four 18 hole championship golf courses. Within walking distance to some restaurants and small shops, this villa is situated at the end of a dead end street in a residential area. Three bedrooms are on the garden level, one bedroom on the same level as the living and dining room and the master bedroom is on the top floor.
