The home is an historic house from the early 1800s, remodeled in 2002. It has over 4000 sq. feet of living area and is located across from the landmark Abbott Hall. It has offstreet parking for 2 cars. There is a flagstone patio and a large private garden. The 1st. floor consists of a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a den, a bath and a large modern kitchen with seating around a Franklin style (pot belled wood burning) stove.
