This tastefully decorated condo is located on the 12th floor with endless views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the lanai and in the evening you will be able to enjoy Marco Islands beautiful sunsets.
This fully equipped condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The condo now has WI-FI in the condo for those guests that would like to sit out on the balcony and take in the beautiful view while having to work or stay in touch with family and friends.

The condo was clean and well appointed.

We like everything about Marco.It was our third visit.
The least thing we liked was only being able to stay for a week. -

Our stay was great. Weather could have been warmer for December, but we enjoyed the condo and the beach. The beach was filled with many treasures everyday. The floors weren't the cleanest in the condo, and we had the elevator get stuck between floors. We were stuck for atleast 20minutes before helped arrived. The kids thought this was cool! Overall nice place and we would stay again

We were pleased overall with the condo project, the unit we rented was clean and as expected for the rate.
The view was excellent and overall for the price I could recommend this unit and complex to others that are not looking for Class A quality but Class B and this rating is simply due to the age of the property versus brand new product.
