This is a very spacious and extremely comfortable beachfront 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo -- located in the much sought-after and immaculately kept Somerset complex. No pets allowed. Weekly rentals are reserved on a Sat. to Sat. basis. The Somerset complex is very private and gated -- with 2-swimming pools, 2-flawless tennis courts, 4-convenient gas grills and an activities room. The condo is nicely decorated with many recent updates including brand new leather couches, lush carpet, and freshly painted in the Fall of 2012. We had a great week at Somerset 314. There were plenty of beach towels, regular towels and sheets and blankets. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We loved having plenty of room to move around and of course the kids loved the huge T.V. in the living room.

For the second spring break in a row, we stayed at the Somerset and were extremely happy with everything. The condo itself, the beach and location are perfect. We will definitely be back again next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation and truly love Marco Island! We love staying on the beach and love Somerset. We were a little disappointed in the condo though. It does need a lot of updating. The beach stuff was outdated and also towels, sheets, and kitchen stuff . We have stayed at other places in Somerset and it was great. This place will be nice when they update it completely!
