Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the south side of the building. This is a corner unit with a wrap around balcony offering a spectacular beach view and stunning sun sets. The Somerset is the most luxurious condo that allows weekly rentals on the beach. Lots of amenities, two heated pools and tennis. Comfortable accommodations furnished with 1 king bed and 2 queen size beds. Full kitchen and linens included. Come and enjoy paradise.

My sisters and cousins and I have been vacationing on Marco Island for over 15 years. We love the peaceful serenity that is Marco! I've worked with C21- Charlene Ballenger all these years and she's friendly, helpful, and always prompt and professional. She has a keen eye for detail and has a knack for picking an excellent rental- she knows her properties well! We've stayed at the Somerset for about 8 years. We love it's southern location on the island, the panoramic views from the balconies, the nicely appointed/decorated units, and the never-too-crowded beach! Last year was our first year staying in Unit 601. We liked this 3 bdrm corner unit that features a wraparound balcony. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for evening movie viewing. The kitchen had great utensils, pans, dishes, etc.and was comfortable for group cooking extravaganzas! All the bedrooms and baths were decorated tastefully. We found the accordion wall on the front bedroom to be totally hasslefree. It wasn't a problem at all and well worth the discounted price the owners charge compared to some of the other 3 bdrm units. Six of us (women) take an annual 'sisterhood' trip to reconnect and treasure our friendships. We have truly found the perfect place to celebrate this tradition!
