The condo was older and out dated. The size was okay for a family os four. One elevator was out of service,which made for a hold up of people. The biggest problem was the distance to the ocean. It is not clearly stated that building is lagoon front-not ocean. I have ms and only made it to the beach once-and the walk about killed me.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice. The only suggestions would be for a better frying pan and the balcony furniture had a broken chair. The unit was clean, bed was very comfortable.

We arrived to find the lanai furniture (chase lounge, 3 chairs and 2 tables) in the living room. We were told since they were painting the lanai railings we could move the furniture outside or even use the lanai. I had specifically asked about the impact of the painting before booking. I was told it would be over by our stay. It lasted the entire week.

Love the place and the view, the location was very good, wasn't crazy about being up so high and having to take 2 elevators to get to the bottom, but the sunsets made it worth it. If you are a pool person, very busy and no food allowed.
