This is a beautiful condo on the beach with an unsurpassed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has 2 bedroom/2 bath with lots of extras. The living room is large with sofas, recliners and TV, VCR, DVD. There is a sofa bed for your guest if needed. The dining room is adjacent to the living room with table and 4 chairs and extras in the bedroom if you have guest. The kitchen is remodeled with new cabinets and wall has been removed to open it up and add counter space. All appliances are new and many items for your cooking needs. We had a great two weeks with Christmas and new year at the Sst3-704 condo. It's a very bright and roomy unit with all the amenities one can ask for. It's got a fabulous view of the gulf and sunshine all day long. We usually stay in a front unit of friends of ours in tower 3 but this unit certainly can match that condo. Marco Island and the South Seas Towers are such a superb combination for us that we keep coming back year after year.

Our family very much enjoyed the beachfront condo. Very nice to walk out everyday and and play on the beach and in the Gulf. Condo was very clean and well kept. Great location just down the beach from Tigertail.
