This condo is new and fresh. It is a cottage style condo with a Queen bed in the master bedroom, twins in the second bedroom, with brand new bathrooms. The living room is bright and fully equipped with TV and sofa bed and new kitchen for your pleasure. But the nicest feature of the condo is the view of the beach . Overlooking the entire beach and sitting in the sun on your balcony is what vacation is all about.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the spacious living and fully equipped kitchen. The deck was great and it was nice to have access from each BR and LR. Each morning we walked on Tigertail Beach and found many beautiful, perfect shells. Each evening, we watched a gorgeous sunset on the beach. Although, it was a long walk to the water's edge (about 200 yards)--we got used to it and liked that the beach was not crowded. A rolling beach cart would come in handy!
The Gulf was clear, warm and inviting. We didn't use the pool area much as it seemed crowded at times. We definitely thought the north end of the beach was beautiful and less crowded than the southern part of the beach. The property didn't have wireless; however, the lobby did-so it wasn't a problem. The Century 21 agents (Pat)were especially friendly to work while we planned and when we arrived.

When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, tired from two days travel, the wrong keys had been left for us. The entire office staff was at a wedding so it was up to us to contact the people in the office to get us the correct keys. The person we dealt with had no answering machine so we got her address from information, used our map and left notes on her home doors. She did call us later when she returned from the wedding and saw the note. She met us at the office and gave us the correct keys. We also did the same for the owner and we got a call later that night from her. We did spend several hours obtaining the correct keys and it was a really bad time for us, especially my husband who needed to take his meds and lie down. A mild apology was made to us but what was a big deal for us was apparently not much of a deal for the staff. We were not happy about the mistake or how it was handled.
