This lovely 2 bed/2bath condo is on the first floor - no elevators needed. The first floor condos in this complex offer the washer/dryer right inside the condo. Newly decorated in 2010. Painted, new furniture, all equipped with a big screen TV and DVD. You can see the pool from this one too!!! Come enjoy paradise!

A couple of things for the next renters. Most of the light bulbs where out. The pull out bed was not in good condition and 2 of the adults in our party had to sleep on the floor.

My husband and I along with our 14 year daughter and her friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. This rental property was very nice!! It was very clean, nicely furnished and just the right amount of space for the 4 of us (could have easily accommodated a couple of others.) The access to the beach is wonderful; we enjoyed the pool and exercise room as well. The unit was on the 1st floor so although we didn't have an arial view, we enjoyed the benefits of our own laundry facilities. The walk to the beach is so easy, we enjoyed watching the sunset on the beach. You will not be disappointed and the price is right!

We chose this unit based on price. We got what we paid for...not much. Cheap linens, kitchenware, carpet, window blinds, etc. The oven smoked and continually set off smoke detector. Mid-week the clothes dryer broke. The management company said it would take 3 days to fix - which was one day after our departure, and they were not helpful in offering us any alternatives. I have a husband and 2 kids. Who wants to fly home with 4 suitcases full of sandy clothes? It's advertised as "on the beach". Technically that's true, but it's a very long walk to the water. Only bright spot: we left behind a toiletry bag and the cleaning crew found it. It was turned in and they mailed it back to us for free.

This condo is being redecorated by a decorator and is really turning out nice. There is new living room furniture with a flat screen TV and sofabed, New bedroom furniture in the master bedroom, fresh paint and more. This condo is not the same. The owner wanted to redo it after it was purchased and finally got the time. She always offered deep discounts to the guest who stayed here. Come and enjoy the new condo!!

The office that we rented from was great but the unit we had was horrible, had leaks and smelled. There was nothing there for the beach to use, we had to go buy everything. We have rented in the past from others and they had stuff to use on the beach, chairs, etc... The "owners" of the other units were the rudest people knowing we were renters. The kitchen had utensils that were rusty and just gross. I will never stay here again.

This condo has just changed hands and the new owners have hired a decorator to upgrade everything. There are advantages to the first floor, no elevators, walk right out to beach and washer and dryer in the condo. This building is a weekly rental condo on the beach and owners use is usually 30 days or less. Christmas is a popular time and the guest was given a substancial discount since the new upgrades were not complete.
