Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo on the south side of the Island. This condo is tastefully furnished with neutral colors and the couch in the living room is a pull out. This condo will sleep 5 guests. Balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and you do have a view of the pool from the balcony.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the bathroom has a shower and there are his and her sinks. The guest bedroom has two double beds and the bathroom is right off the bedroom for added privacy. That bathroom has a shower. There is carpet in the bedrooms and living room and the entrance way, kitchen, bathrooms have tile.

This was our first trip to Marco Island and it was awesome! The condo was large, comfortable and clean! A beautiful view of the ocean and lots of beach equipment to use! The rental agency was very nice and helpful. It was a peaceful vacation! Thank you!

We had an amazing time in Marco Island and really enjoyed the condo at Somerset. It had a lot of nice modern amenities and a gorgeous view. The layout was perfect for our family of four and we really appreciated having an efficient washer/dryer in the unit. Clausen Properties was very easy to work with and made the entire process simple and pleasant. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star was because the master bedroom bed was extremely hard, the dishwasher actually injured one of us it was so old, and the number of gates in the gated community made it a bit difficult at times to move about the property. But given the price and location I would stay again in this unit with no hesitation.

Loved Marco! The condo could not have been located in a more perfect spot. Liked that the building was gated, too! Very clean and plenty of space! Will definitely stay in the Somerset again!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family over Christmas Break. The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular...a great location on the beach.
