I chose this unit based on the number of positive reviews. The photos present a accurate portrayal of the unit.
Reservation process with Joyce was efficient and prompt. Communication was excellent.
This was my first time on the gulf coast and Marco Island. I've always been an east coast/Atlantic Ocean preferred vacationer. No More.
Marco Island is much less congested and commercial. Predominately condos, upscale hotels and homes. Tree lined streets, less traffic, and almost no chain restaurants. I saw one McDonalds, a Burger King and a couple of Starbucks. The majority of restaurants are locally owned and operated and very good. Chose places to eat via Yelp, Trip advisor and reviewing menus on line.
Plenty to do and see in the area.
We arrived late to the condo and had no difficulty getting to the unit. The 11th floor unit was clean and well equipped, including blender, mixer, coffee pots, and plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.
Bedrooms were good size with a sliding door/screen to outside in the master. Both bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels.
The living room was comfortable, light and airy with air conditioning and humidifier for the unit. However, we barely used it due to the fact that opening the sliding doors and kitchen/bedroom windows provided a nice breeze though out.
Deck was comfortable with table and chairs and a nice view of the pool and setting sun each night.
Key deposit was returned promptly when keys received.
If I had a complaints it would be: 1. having to carry the groceries from the parking lot to the 11th floor. I mean, it was a vacation! However, carts were available in the lobby and we never waited long for the elevators. 2. No washer/dryer in unit. W/D were in room a few steps down the hall ($5.00 for 2 large loads). They were convenient.
All in all, a fantastic stay. We'll be back! -

Our stay on Marco Island was so wonderful!!! When we drove across the bridge to Marco, we thought, "This must be what heaven is like!!" The weather was beautiful, in the 80's every day, which is just what we needed. It was so nice to escape the cold Michigan weather. We actually saw quite a few Michigan people there! The condo was so pleasantly furnished it felt just like home when we first walked in! The view from the balcony was so beautiful: the sand, the ocean, the local vegetation and the unbelievably lovely sunsets. The beaches were just what we imagined, miles and miles of soft white sand with the prettiest blue/green ocean waves to watch. We spent many hours looking for shells and just walking up and down the beaches. The condo is centrally located near shopping and restaurants. All the people we met were very friendly. We took a day trip to Naples, which is lovely, with lots of shopping opportunities and on another day we took an air boat ride through the everglades. We were really just content to soak up the sun on the beach and at the especially nice pool. This was a very relaxing vacation experience, everything went very smoothly. The owner, Joyce Jones, was so helpful and made our first experience of renting a condo a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone!

Me and my Husband spent a beautiful week here in March 2012. The view was spectacular. We really liked being on Tiger Tail, it really gave the view something extra. Every evening at sunset, everyone was out on their balconies watching...it was great with a big applause after the sun set...which was a straight on view. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area. We rented a Pontoon Boat form Rose's...it was one of our best days there, dolphins were swimming right up to our boat. The condo was really nice, we liked being so high up for an even better view. Joyce was very easy to do business with.

Island and beach's were awesome. All Marco Island was manicured by worker's five day's a week. The beach was grated daily and was absolutely beautifull and so clean. The police vehicle's were often present on the beach. A very secured Island.. All restaurant's we stopped for a meal were great , something we missed when we returned home. The condo was clean with everything we needed for our stay but the view from the condo was paradise. We are planning on returning next year. Joyce was such a asset, guided us through everything we had a concern about--was so easy to work with

Just got back from our stay at Joyce's condo and I sure hope to return sometime. Joyce was extremely pleasant to deal with and very accomodating. The location is wonderfully relaxing and secure. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and then a walk down the beach, just what the doctor ordered! Oh, and did I mention the view? Simply marvelous.

We Have rented many condos over the years, but never had a condo that we wished we had something from home. Joyce has the most well stocked condo we have ever rented. We did have a small proiblem with a window and Joyce had a repasir man early the next morning. My wife & I and two of our adult children had a great stay. The facilities are clean & great. We will stay in this condo again if we find our self in the area for R & R. I would highly recommend this unit and owner. Pack your clothes, every thing else is in the condo.

Joyce was a pleasure to work with! I planned a very last minute vacation for self over Christmas and Joyce took time out of her holiday to ensure all was in place for my arrival @ South Seas 30 Dec! Her 11th floor unit has a great view and the lanai even gets afternoon sun! The condo was fully equipped and met all my needs. Thanks again Joyce!

Joyce was great to book with due to the constant two way communication. The condo has been long established, as a result, the systems they have for checking in and out, as well as having visitors is refined and simple. The condo assoc. has many rules for patrons, but it helps make for an enjoyable stay, especially with children. The security gave a sense of ease and feeling of safety. The condo itself is nice, and a few updates will make it great. Marco Island itself is clean, and there is a lot to do. From dolphin excursions to the dinner/movie theatre, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will return.

This condo was in excellent condition. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Everything was in working order. The view from the balcony was spectacular. That was helped by the perfect weather we had while we were there. The pool was beautiful as well. There was nothing that I did not like about it. My sister is wheelchair dependent for outdoors and it was a very convenient unit for her. The walk in shower was especially great. It also has a very nice large flat screen television. I wish we could have stayed longer and plan on returning.

We had such a relaxing time in Marco Is, Walked on the beach everyday and layed by the pool all afternoon. This condo is very quiet, better for adults if your looking to chill out. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed,fully stocked kitchen,plenty of towels and sheets, it was very comfortable.But the best part was the view from the balcony the sunsets were just breath taking!!! Thankyou Joyce for letting stay at your lovely condo, and for being such a nice person to deal with.

Once again we have had an oppertunity to stay in a beautiful condo. It has everything you need. The owner is more than acommodating - ensuring that our needs are satisfied. I love the views and the serenity when you are in the condo or whether you are walking the beach to collect shells! There is always something to do!!

I stayed the month of May,2010 in Joyces unit. I have rented many places and found Joyce to be the nicest and most accomadating owner I have met. The unit has everthing needed such as beach chairs, patio furniture cooking utinsels,cart ,coolers and some fishing gear.The inside funriure was clean and comfy. Unit has internet and good tvs.Marco Island is now my favorite place in Florida. The only reason I would not stay in this unit again would be if I buy a condo on Marco before returning. The downtown area of Naples is fiften min.away.The restaurants and entertainment on Marco and Naples are good and fun.

My twenty nine year old daughter and myself went to Marco during our april school break. We are both public school teachers in different states. Every so off we end up having the same week off.It wasn't the first time I had stayed in this condo. My husband and I had stayed during the winter vacation. We have been going to Marco for over five years. Joyce's condo is just like home. It's not only comfy but has a breathtaking view of the ocean. This past visit was a time that I really needed to get away because of personal reasons. I appreciate it each time I visit but truly was in awe of the peacefulness and beauty of the natural surroundings in april. Unfortunately I can't visit in 2011 but hope to return in 2012 unless my husband surprises me for my 40th wedding anniversary! I'm keeping my finger crossed.

This is the third year we have rented from Joyce! She has been very easy to work and quickly fixed any problems that we had during our stay!
The view and access to the beach are very good! We love to walk on the beach and enjoy the Gulf sunsets!
