Marco Island Condo*Walk to the Beach*Cheap Rates*!

We're located just 45 min from Ft. Myers Airport and within a 20 minute drive to Naples, where the kids may enjoy the Naples Zoo (highly recommended) or the adults can enjoy upscale dining/shopping. We're also about an hours drive from the Everglades offering airboat rides through the Everglades!!!

Our family owned two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the south end of Marco Island, just a 2 block walk from Marco's South Beach!!! (The sunsets are beautiful!)

Our condo is clean and comfortable and updated. We include everything from beach supplies to linens and towels to cookware. Just bring your suitcase and start your vac...ation!!

The kitchen is fully equipped including a pantry, full size fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. You'll find everything from crockpots to cookware to wine glasses, feel free to use it all. You'll also find an in-unit washer/dryer hidden in the closet, so you can return home with a suitcase full of CLEAN clothes!!

The master suite has a king pillowtop bed with ensuite bath. Sliders lead from the master to the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, located just off the 2nd full bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a triple slider leading to the screened lanai, where the family/friends can enjoy a late night card game!! The master has its own TV/DVD player and the family room offers the same. We offer cable/wifi internet along with local telphone service.

This is our family's vacation home; so feel free to utilize all of our equipment which includes beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, a beach umbrella or whatever else you might find within the condo.

The condo is located in a smaller complex (only 46 units) so the heated pool and hot tub are never overcrowded. You might also enjoy a game of tennis or relax in the evenings by the firepit. We are within walking distance of the Marco Movie Theatre, ice cream shop, restaurants, a convenience store and beach shops!!! Everyone is assigned their own covered parking spot with elevator access to the units. Our unit is on the 2nd floor; just above the covered parking.

We have owned this unit for several years and our family loves coming to the island. Its a magical place that you find yourself coming back to year after year. The island is so clean and well kept; the people are so friendly and the weather is ALWAYS great!!! Come and find out why so many people call Marco Island "their slice of paradise"!!!

We are currently taking reservations for the remainder of January and from May 1st on; We are offering a special for the remainder of January-Feb 2nd for just $900/wk. From May 1st on our rates drop to just $550/wk. At this rate, the late spring/summer weeks will go FAST! It may be a good idea to book early!!

Additional Location Information

We are just 45 minutes south of Ft. Myers Airport and 60 minutes west of Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Naples is just a 20 minute drive to the north and the Everglades is just 60 minutes south.

We're located 2 blocks from the public beach within walking distance!!! Why pay Beachfront prices; when you can make the short walk and be there for half the price!!!

  The condo was perfect for our needs - and clean well furnished. The owner was always available to answer questions and offer immmediate assistance when needed. The location was ideal - we loved the building, the pool and spa, and the outdoor grill and patio area. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and we could see the water from the condo. All in all, we will go back again! It was a wonderful stay.
