Great stay in this well maintained condo.
Master bedroom has a king and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Both have separate bathrooms - with a tub/shower combination.
Everything you need in the kitchen.
Beach towels provided and chairs for the beach! This was awesome. They even have a cooler you can take with you.
The view is spectacular-the walk to the beach takes about 8-10 minutes.
A note for tall folks - my hubby is 6'5" and hit his head on the celling fan in the kitchen almost every time he walked in! :)
We would stay here again - but several things to note:
You must buy your own toilet paper and paper towels. We have never had to do this in any other condo, so just thought it was odd. There were two rolls when we arrived.
You are required to wash all towels and linens prior to your departure. Again, this has never been the case where we have stayed, so we thought this was odd.

Hello Mitchael Family and so glad to hear you had a great stay in our coastal condo at South Seas - that is always our goal, always what we work so hard for!! Although this is a private, self catering vacation rental, we still have our housekeeping teams leave behind starter items at all properties which include wrapped soaps, paper towels, bath tissue, and more. Hotels may continue to supply a guest unit throughout the guest's stay, but we own and manage self catering private vacation rentals which we provide starter items and all the wonderful extras like the beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc but the guest is ultimately responsible for sustaining themselves with private vacation rentals. As per our guest welcome pack, so long as the guest keeps up with linens throughout the week, housekeeping will take care of the guest's 'last day linens' and professionally clean and prepare the property for the next valued guest.

From booking to check-out was excellent. The rental office was very helpful in the booking. Everyone on the property in fact all of Marco Island were very friendly and helpful. The beach and water are equal to being in the Caribbean. The condo was quiet,clean,safe and well kept grounds.
Our stay was like being at home with a great view of the beach and water of Marco Island!
Marco Island is beautiful!
