Come and enjoy our beautiful renovated condo right on the beach. We are excited to share a piece of Paradise with you.
Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors will let you enjoy views of the island from both bedrooms and the living room. You will feel part of the landscape from all rooms.
The master bedroom suite comes with queen size bed, 32' flat panel TV and in suite newly renovated bathroom.
The second bedroom also had queen size bed and 32' flat panel TV. The second bathroom is also newly renovated.

Marco Island is a beautiful tropical island on the Gulf of Mexico between Naples to the North and Everglades City to the south
We have been coming to Marco Island since our kids were young. Through the years we have fished and explored the many small islands around Marco. Enjoyed the beaches and great weather. Enjoyed collecting all the seashells that you will see displayed in our condo. Now that our children are grown we would love to share our place with others so they can enjoy it too.
Walk to the Marriott where you can enjoy drinks and food while watching the sunset. They also have water sports rentals.
Many good restaurants which you can walk to from our property.
Rent a boat with captain and explore the many small islands near the Everglades.
Explore Naples just 30 minutes drive from Marco Island, where you can enjoy many good restaurants and shops.
Visit Everglades City where the restaurants are right on the water and the seafood is caught fresh everyday. Enjoy the the Stone Crabs when in season (October 15 -May 15)
Visit the Everglades National park and explore on air boats.

We arrived late in the afternoon so we just signed in at the front desk as it was already closed. There are clear instructions as to their procedures and rules for checking in and out - simple to follow and very straight forward. This condo is very nicely appointed, warm, and homey. There was a TV in each room and the living room! That was great!!! The beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The owners have a closet full of towels and extra bedding as well as another closet full of beach gear for you to use (like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards). The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you need. Truly a home away from your home. The laundry room is right out the door which was a huge convenience for us. The view of the sunrise is stunning off of the generous balcony. The pool downstairs is very lovely with an ample number of lounge chairs and tables. The beach is right off of the pool. Even though the walk to the edge of the water is a bit, it is well worth it. That part of Marco seems to be very secluded, quiet, and serene. The sunsets were absolutely stunning from the beach. There are lots of places to eat just outside the condo and the grocery store is just down the street. It is a great place to rent in a convenient location and the owners are great to deal with.
