As far as you can see, this condo offers magnificent water views, morning sunrises and evening moonrises. Watch the fishing boats, yachts, sail boats and jet skis pass by. You will see dolphins, manatee, pelicans, herons, seagulls, osprey and many other local birds, playing, eating, swimming and flying by. This condo is located 45 minutes from the Ft. Myers (RSW) airport, about 30 minutes south of Naples. Many of the finest restaurants are walking or biking distance from the condo. There is a small marina, Pelican Pier, on site but there is a larger marina right next door where you can rent boats, get a fishing license, shop, take boat tours, etc. There are grocery stores, drug stores, shopping, movies, car rental, bike rental, churches, etc. all within minutes away. Riverside is a gated commuity with onsite parking.
