Almost Heaven—Marco Island beach-front condominium. Relax on the balcony of this 14th floor condo as you watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is situated within the lush, beautifully landscaped 55-acre gated community—South Seas.
The unit was recently remodeled with new furnishings, paint, carpet and décor as well as new cabinet faces throughout.
Only a few steps out the front door and you are at the pool. Just a few more steps across the private bridge will take you to Marco's beautiful white sand beach.
This unit rents by the week with multi-week rental discounts available.

Our beautiful condo is right on the beautiful white sand beach on Marco Island in a 55-acre gated community. The balcony off of the master and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool area. We are located on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the sun setting into the Gulf of Mexico. Only a few steps out the front door puts you at the elevators, a few steps off of the elevator puts you in the pool area, and a few more steps across the private bridge puts you on Marco's beautiful beach. There are boat slips and docks on the property. A workout room is available in Building III. The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants. There are dozens of golf courses in the area that are open to the public. Of course, a wide array of water activites are available on the Island. There are tennis courts available on the grounds. There is covered parking attached to the building.

My wife and I work like crazy during the year, and when we vacation, we are interested in affordable rest and relaxation in a setting that transports us far away both in mind and body from work. For us, Marco Island and specifically South Seas Resort is a perfect match. The owners of unit 1404 are perfect, as they are kind, detailed and very attentive prior to the visit,and are available if any need arises during our time there. The unit is well kept and has a gorgeous view of the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico. The surroundings, at least when we have been there, are quiet - which is just perfect for our needs. There are great places to eat in the area and you are within reasonable distance to other areas, if your interests are more geared toward nightlife. In summary, we start our annual countdown at about 300 days and dream of our vacation until it finally arrives. And then we just soak it all in, much like the lapping of the Gulf water over our feet as we stand in a place a little like paradise.

My boyfriend and I have rented this place twice now and we will continue to. It is the most beautiful place in the world. It is calm, quiet, and peaceful looking out onto the ocean from the balcony. The balcony is sectioned so perfectly because the sun I never too strong or directly on you to the point where you can't go out there and I love that. I sit out there the whole time on vacation. Everybody on the island is so pleasant and welcoming! The condo is very cozy and has the home feeling which I love! It's also a nice family vacation spot as well! I have gone down there with my immediate family before and it was perfect! We had a blast and fit just perfectly in the condo! If your looking for a nice calm, relaxing, but yet fun vacation (there are many things to do on the island) you must go to Marco and stay in this condo! The reality/owners take wonderful care of it and it is always spotless and clean every time we go! It is a home away from home!
